It could be the fault of DC not communicating with them, or mayb they don't recognise DC's insurance cover. Hard to know.

Car was new but wasnt really clean n there was no foot mat so we had a hard time dusting out sand/soil before returning. Car wiper also ran out of water. Car fuel efficiency was ok, had an upgrade to Outlander from Asx.

Cons: The only way to arrange the transfer from the airport to the rental agency was by phone call. Unfortunately my international calling plan did not work. I did find a kind stranger who called for me, but it would be nice to have a text communication option or a dedicated phone at the arrival terminal for all of the off-site cat rental agencies.
