I did find a kind stranger who called for me, but it would be nice to have a text communication option or a dedicated phone at the arrival terminal for all of the off-site cat rental agencies.

Pros: I had great experience with YesDrive Car Rentals. They have very good customer service, very friendly and helpful staff. At the end of my trip I found out that my flight got canceled and next flight is next day. I asked the agent if he can help us in anyway. He waited at the airport for us until we had confirmation of the flight and gave us the same car until next day. I could not ask for more. 😄
