Pros: Fast paperwork, got a free car upgrade. No pushing for ekstra insurance. New car fleet, fast drop-off and free shuttle service from and to the airport.

Pros: The folks we worked with were definitely passionate people who care about service and customer satisfaction.

Cons: Our flight was late and we were tired. We couldn't easily find where to meet for pick-up to the off-site facility. Perhaps a more focused pre-arrival email could have set us straight.

Pros: The ease from first booking and paying the deposit, to picking the vehicle up and final payment. Super easy with all the correct documentation.

Cons: From our experience there was nothing with the service nor the vehicle that we disliked or could be improved on, great team members and a smooth process.

Even answered, they said they were arranging but no one is coming until 30 mins later, which the driver picked up total 4 of the rental customers with limited luggage space. Also waited some time for the rental office staff to started sending us back to Hobart Airport, which is about 15 mins already. Also saw customers who were chilled waiting for the pick up to office

Phone booth at terminal is foc for local calls - fyi. Not every tourist has a phone to make calls. Car was new but wasnt really clean n there was no foot mat so we had a hard time dusting out sand/soil before returning. Car wiper also ran out of water. Car fuel efficiency was ok, had an upgrade to Outlander from Asx.

Cons: it was a bit inconvenient to pick up the car as it wasn't in the airport, it also took a while to get the paperwork done (or queueing), it was quite late at night when we landed.

Pros: From the time I arrived at the agency everything was great. The staff was friendly and efficient and we got the car we expected and it even was almost new.

Cons: The only way to arrange the transfer from the airport to the rental agency was by phone call. Unfortunately my international calling plan did not work. I did find a kind stranger who called for me, but it would be nice to have a text communication option or a dedicated phone at the arrival terminal for all of the off-site cat rental agencies.

Don’t know if I’d book again due to this as I had to take two insurance policies that ended up being well over 500.

Pros: I had great experience with YesDrive Car Rentals. They have very good customer service, very friendly and helpful staff. At the end of my trip I found out that my flight got canceled and next flight is next day. I asked the agent if he can help us in anyway. He waited at the airport for us until we had confirmation of the flight and gave us the same car until next day. I could not ask for more. 😄
