Cons: Car had not been serviced prior to pick up. It was due at 40K and it was on 39,600 at delivery for a 19 day rental. Warning message on whole 2,600Km trip Probably associated with the need for a service the connectivity between my Samsung 20 and the console kept dropping out, disabling Google sat nav. Needed to reboot (re-start engine) to regain connectivity. The phone was fully engaged so not a phone issue.

Cons: When we returned the car, we were made to worry so much about 2 small scratches which appeared on the windscreen but we were sure no incident during our drive had caused it. And we paid for worry free insurance ( the rental company claimed was a third party, how should I know? We paid $15 for onsite assistant to avoid any trouble, but later the staff said it doesn't cover windscreen. I understood as that $15 help us to bridge the gap between the 3rd party insurer and the rental company.

Boot configuration completely unsuitable for our noted needs! Couldn't even fit 2 regular sized suitcases! Staff need to actually read the notes BEFORE assigning vehicles and actually check the boot sizes/configurations! I'd done my research - would have been nice to have been taken notice of!

Cons: First off all there was no seperate queue for people who have done their pre check in (ie submitted all necessary documents before even landing at the airport) But still had to wait for 3 hrs at airport (more than 2.5 hours after the scheduled pick up time) to pick up the car, just because the car was not ready. The rental car agency was just blaming it on multiple reasons including other travellers returning the car late. Totally do not understand why we should have to suffer because of that.

We hoped to be able to pick up car at 9am instead of 5pm but it wasn’t possible so had to taxi to hotel and then taxi back to airport to pick up car. Not bargains fault but had hoped to pick up car earlier.

Cons: After a long wait, we were told to wait while the car got prepared. We arrived 6 hours after we were due to land, so why wasn’t the car ready, on our form it had it was inspected at 9:36am. It’s obvious a walk in came before us and it was given to them. Wasn’t happy after such a long day, with cancellations and delays with Jetstar.

Cons: Waited nearly 2 hours for car. Staff member was rude and dismissive stating (at 1:30)…’some of our staff haven’t even had lunch’. Wrong audience as I’m a nurse so rarely get lunch! Other customers were being given their keys immediately. No offer of other car, upgrade or compensation/reduction. Poor customer service

Pros: The rental cost is relatively competitive. The agent is extremely polite, patient & helpful. The agent who serviced me is Callium.

Cons: The service provider should ensure the car is ready based on the pick up appointment time. The queuing time for administration in picking up the car should be shorten. Queuing for 1 hour for administration is unreasonable if an appointment has already been fixed & pre-arranged.

Pros: Service counter were very efficient as the car we ordered was supposed to have been picked up 5 hrs earlier .these was our mistake as it was booked 9 months earlier and did not check our flight did not arrive until 4.30 pm We were given a upgrade because our car had been given to another customer.Win win situation
