Cons: The car key is low of battery 3 days after pick up. Luckily we were still in city and could find a bargain rental nearby. The staff there help us to change the battery. And the other thing was there was no windshield fluid coming out. We had to clean the windshield manually at petrol stations.

Cons: Attempts to use Apple CarPlay to connect my iPhone to the car console were not successful because all 5 available iPhone connections had been used up previously to my rental and despite a call to Bargain Cars this problem could not be resolved without returning to Hobart which was not a feasible option. This made my use of Google maps unsatisfactory. You need to clear out the earlier connections before each hire in future. A small refund on my credit card would be appreciated.

Pros: The only positive was the staff, who were friendly and clearly doing their best. Unfortunately, they’re working within a system that feels misleading and poorly run. Overall, an overpriced, frustrating experience that fell well below expectations.

The self checkin process is ridiculous. No water in the wiper washer system of the car, leading me to strongly suspect the car was not checked properly prior to pickup

Cons: The car had no spare wheel - a serious safety issue which is unacceptable - and nearly stranded us in the middle of nowhere with no phone reception, and wasted a valuable holiday day getting fixed. The latex solution is useless for most punctures unless very small. I cannot recommend Bargain cars until you make sure that your cars have a spare.

Please attatch needs information prior to going on line Th attendant was good but clearly geared to sell me more rather than give me the keys and let me go. I had made one mistake in the online but that was due to the complication of the online details needed. So a slow key hand over but ok.

Cons: The description was compact SUV; it was just a small compact car. I don’t think you could call that an SUV when it’s that small and close to the ground! It maximum carried two bags, which was fine for what I needed.

To have to pay for fuel to bring a car that kept breaking down back to the airport just to be able to swap to another car, and then have to pay for fuel for that one too is outrageous. The additional charges added to the claim were unreasonable. Make sure you have additional seperate excess insurance if you hire vehicles from Bargain Car Rentals.

Pros: Very helpful and reasonable when we were late for return (got stuck in traffic & long driving)

Cons: A little bit duplicate about the 'damage reduction program' and car insurance purchased, not quite sure which side goes wrong but as a customer, I paid similar service for twice

Cons: The type of car provided did not meet expectations. We were told we would be provided with a Hyundai or similar… we were provided with a European car MG - an inferior car that was a lot smaller and had no power. Extremely disappointed.
