Pros: Dropping off - just leaving the keys in the box was very handy - thank you.

Cons: Perhaps tone down the upsell when picking up - yes, there can be accidents but first find out if the client only intends very limited simple city driving before talking about all the wildlife/crazy Tasmanian drivers esp. when one driver is a rural customer (so both of us were well aware of the possible wildlife issues as our family are originally from Tasmania) and the both have been driving for over 30 years...just say'in.

Pros: Due to their affordable prices the line to lock up the car was pretty long and waited about an hour. Aside from that everything was great.

To have to pay for fuel to bring a car that kept breaking down back to the airport just to be able to swap to another car, and then have to pay for fuel for that one too is outrageous. It was easily two hours worth of driving we wouldn’t have done had the car just worked in the first place.

The additional charges added to the claim were unreasonable. Make sure you have additional seperate excess insurance if you hire vehicles from Bargain Car Rentals.

Cons: Poor communication between Discover Cars and Bargain Car Rental. Don't like how they blame each other and never heard back from Discover Cars after I logged a complaint about late pickup.

Cons: False advertising a vehicle is avaiable so many months ahead, giving a vehicle out with 3/4 tank of fuel but expecting a full tank on return and the not my problem attitude

Cons: Bargain car rentals call centre is a joke.I rang to notify them that my drop off time would be an hour later than expected. I left a message for a call back - call back never happened. I continued to phone & finally got on to someone with a limited understanding of the language. I was informed that there was no evidence that I had hired the car 10 days earlier- no reservation or booking number etc etc. I spent 24 minutes trying to explain that I was dropping the car back to the airport
