To have to pay for fuel to bring a car that kept breaking down back to the airport just to be able to swap to another car, and then have to pay for fuel for that one too is outrageous. It was easily two hours worth of driving we wouldn’t have done had the car just worked in the first place.

The additional charges added to the claim were unreasonable. Make sure you have additional seperate excess insurance if you hire vehicles from Bargain Car Rentals.
