Pros: Budget we’re excellent but could not get hold of Discover cars, third party agent for Budget. That company is hopeless, suggest do not use them, go direct through Budget.

Cons: Really good again for Budget, utterly useless for Discover Cars. NO customer service, DID NOT reply to emails or phone calls.

Pros: Straight forward transaction, friendly staff. The car I ordered was not available so was upgraded .

Cons: I was traveling with my my elderly mother (89) and it was difficult getting to the car pickup. Perhaps counter staff could phone/message staff to bring a vehicle closer to the terminal in such circumstances.
