Cons: Way to long for the holding deposit of $200 to be returned

Pros: SixT man at desk was friendly and helpful despite the fact that I didn't take him up on the upgrade offer because of the different charging cable I would have needed for my iphone X.
Cons: I picked up the car in the dark 8.30 pm and I took photos of scratches on car doors that I could see but in the daytime these scratches were much more obvious and I had not been told about any of them- I was given the impression the car was in pristine condition with no scratches.

Cons: Since your rates were the best the queue was long and that’s why it took a while to get to the counter but once we got there all was handled well.

Pros: Very friendly counter agent. Turning in the car was very easy, once we knew the process.
Cons: Being from the USA, we were a bit confused when we arrived at the airport to return the car, and there was no one in the parking lot to greet us and check-in the car. We learned by asking a couple of people that we needed to go into the airport terminal, to the car rental desk, to hand in the keys. It would have been helpful to receive some instruction on this from the counter agent when we checked out the car.

Cons: I wasn't happy with the car model I was given. I had asked for a Pajero Sport and received a LDV Chinese 4x4. It took me a good 20min trying g to work out the controls looking through the manual. The controls are not layer out very well. I felt like I was driving a tank. I did eventually get used to it but couldn't wait to return it. I didn't feel safe driving it, and when the side mirrors were locked in place for some reason while I was driving and wouldn't open was scary.

Pros: The car had no performance issues for our 23 day hire. Spoke to the same representative (Rihanna) at the airport on picking up and returning the vehicle. She was pleasant.
Cons: The car had some pre-existing damage that was not pointed out to me and not easy to spot on first inspection. It didn't affect the performance of the car. Sixt seemed to accept it was pre-existing when I returned the car. It took about 40 minutes in the queue at the airport before we got to speak with a representative.

Cons: That the electric charging info sheet didn't include BMW only mg and Tesla, there was no explanation about charging cable's , and charging station procedures around tasmania etc

Pros: The guys who I dealt with a pick up were friendly, informative and personable. It was a very easy pick up and things were thoroughly explained. Then we dropped the car off the girl at the desk was as equally as friendly and personable and was a pleasure to deal with the company. The car was clean and in great condition.

Cons: I had 3 issues. Firstly when they quoted the extra insurance they did so without GST, so the ultimate price was considerably higher. I stated I had already chosen higher insurance but they couldn’t find it. I did and paid twice! Finally when I rang them cos I was stuck on the side of the road, they didn’t answer the phone nor respond to an urgent email over 4 days. The kindness of a stranger saved me.

Cons: they gave me a "better" car(because their system was down and things had to be done manually), I booked Toyota Kluger but got LDV D90. It's indeed bigger, but not sure whether it's actually "better". I didn't complain, but a little strange.

Cons: Poor customer service, not able to call your company. Poor arrangements made. Incredible waste of time making my own separate arrangements on my holiday. Incredibly irritated and displeased with the service provided. Am not able to provide an accurate assessment on the last few questions regarding a car I did not receive.
Cons: I didn't know the rental shop was not at the airport so has to ask around the rental stores where it was.
