Pick-up instructions
Exit the terminal and cross the pedestrian crossing. Turn left, following the "Parking Control" signs. Walk approximately 150 meters, under the bridge towards P2 Cross two more pedestrian crossings and enter P2. Turn right, and just after the "Parking Control" booth, you will find several parking spaces under a roof. Our shuttle will pick you up there.

Cons: The company made me pay for an extra insurrance altough i allready had taken one from Discovercars. Even whem i showed them the documents and maild them aswell. I filed a complane and Wiber did not respond to it.

Pros: The car itself was in good condition and the pickup process at the counter was quick.

Cons: Very poor customer service. Emails were not answered and phone support was unreachable despite multiple attempts. I was sold additional TOP COVER insurance with the explanation that everything was included, yet when the car would not start in Portugal, roadside assistance refused to help. Only after returning the vehicle was I told that assistance should actually be included. The information provided by Wiber staff was inconsistent and misleading.

Cons: Terrible staff, left us waiting for ages before shuttling back to airport whilst guy had a chat. Other guy using his best scare tactics to try and sell further insurance. Didn't answer phone when trying to verify where to go if not coming direct from airport

Cons: It's not on airport, you need to get to the parking outside and then they pick you up (quickly) Car was pretty new but there was no windschield liquid and the car threw up an error occassionally

Cons: The pick-up point of the vehicle is very far and unnecessarily difficult to operate. I waited for more than 1 hour to pick up the vehicle at parking spot 2. While returning the vehicle, the woman named "SOL" was rude and not helpful at all.

Cons: Run by con artists. So young I'm surprised they weren't going to rent me a skateboard. Handed me a car in the pitch black so couldn't take photos and then charged me €90 for a scratch on a plastic hub cap worth around €10 which I didn't do.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1000.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Personal Accident Insurance, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 79 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU.
Renters from the following country(ies): non-EU must provide the following documents: flight information, Country entry stamp that is not older than 6 months in order to collect the car.

Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, local address (apartment; hotel; villa; etc.).
Deposit and deductible policy
A separate fuel deposit is required when collecting the vehicle.

Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

It is allowed to add up to 3 additional drivers.
Additional charges will be applied.
Details are available from the rental company's reservation office.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
The vehicle must be returned in an acceptably clean condition in order to avoid additional charges.
Winter tires are not mandatory in Spain.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 27 days.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
