Pick-up instructions
When you arrive at Sevilla airport (Arrivals hall, Ground Floor), please go to the meeting point located at the P2 meeting point. To do so, exit the terminal through any of the exits in the Arrivals hall, cross the street through zebra crossing and go left, following the pavement, until you reach the corner. Continue until you come to a post indicating the location of the P2 meeting point. Turn right, cross the zebra crossing, and head towards long stay car park P2. Once there you will see our shuttle bus, a free service that will take you in comfort from the arrival's terminal to Record Go office. After landing call us on this number to avoid waiting times: 0034 955 123 808.

Pros: Nothing.

Cons: A nightmare. They behave like you are a humble worm. They are trying to get some extra money and they do not hesitate to state that there is some stain on the wheel that is a DAMAGE or a sharf edge on the whell is a DAMAGE worth a reparation for 400 euros!!! The guy goes directly to the wheels since he knows there is something you probably did not take a picture of. I hope I will contact some friends in Spain to inform the police. Have a look at the TrustPilot.

Pros: Good communication and explanation of terms.

Cons: The car I selected was not available and I was not able to secure a small vehicle which was critical for my trip. The “no additional charge” upgrade to a big SUV caused anxiety that I wanted to avoid. I was given no other option.

Cons: they told us that the full coverage insurance we had taken out with discovercars was not valid and the deductible (1000 euros) made with discovercars would be blocked for a month, however on the voucher it was written that it is unlocked at the end of the rental. They told us that in case of an accident it's up to us to pay for everything. So he made us pay for their full coverage (134 euros) saying they don't have that basis. They are really dishonest!!! Pros: That on rturn they dropped me off at the terminal instead of the standard place, because I had a lot of luggage.

Cons: On return the employee said, 'it's all good, ok'. Afterwards they say the car is not clean and take 95 euro off my creditcard. Second: it's very irritating if an employee wants to sell ne an extra insurance and I repeatly say no! If possible I will avoid this company.

Should have clearer instruction on locating "RecordGo" meet point. On arrival:- - car allocated was not clean - recording of existing damage not accurate and no interest to document - "just take a picture" On return:- - Representatives not welcoming with no acknowledgement of presence at desk. - Representative did not explain return procedure, assumed we knew

Pros: Diego and the team at recordgo did an amazing job moving me through the process and getting me out the door with a great vehicle. Diego was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend using RecordGo. I will definitely be using them again in the future!

Cons: Unprofessional staff focused entirely on making me pay additional amounts of money at every pretense they could! For example, if you do not buy full insurance from Record Go, they would likely charge you for scratches to the underside of your front bumper at the end! Absolute travesty :(

Cons: During the pick up the employee was very nice until I asked her to give me an english or spanish version of the contract she was asking me to sign (it was in some language that I don't understand). Well, after that she was very rude until I left. There was a charge for the fuel tank that would be refunded after returning the car with a full fuel tank. This charge appeared 3 times in my credit card statement. 4 days after returning the car there is still one of them that was not cancelled.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 900.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Road tax, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Customers not resident in EU countries are required to present the following document(s): International Driving Permit (IDP) in order to collect the car.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, local address (apartment; hotel; villa; etc.). If the renter is not the main driver, the following coverage is mandatory: Total Comfort Cover.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card until the end of the rental period.
The deductible/excess amount is from 1100 EUR to 2000 EUR, depending on the car group.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard, Visa, Debit cards.
If the customer wishes to use American Express, Visa debit card, MasterCard debit card, he/she will be required to purchase Total Comfort Cover.
Cash is/are not accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Cross-border policy
Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Andorra, France, Portugal, Gibraltar.
Information on the exact fee amount is available by request.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Mobile tablet.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

It is allowed to add up to 4 additional drivers.
Delivery/collection service is not provided.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.

Diesel vehicles are available for an additional charge of 2 EUR per day.
A deposit for a tank of fuel is required upon pick up.
For electric vehicles: the customer will receive the vehicle totally charged, and it is NOT necessary to return it with a full charge.
Additional information


For vehicles not returned in an acceptable clean condition, an additional charge of 95 EUR will apply.
A damage administration fee of 50 EUR will apply in the event of an accident or damage to the car.
An administrative fee of 40 EUR will be charged for each request received from the traffic police.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 60 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
During holidays, service outside of business hours is not available.
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge of 40 EUR.
In order to have service out of hours, the renter must provide the following information: Flight number.

Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 360 minutes.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 60 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
The grace period will be honored only during business hours.
