Ok Mobility at Seville Airport

Pros: We were later . After 10pm because our fly was later and they wait for as 10 minutes. Thank!!!!

Pros: Girl working on reception was friendly.

Cons: - Unfair, untrustworthy, scam company. - Booked a high end car, on collection was told it didn't exist and given a cheap chinese alternative (same price) - Charged €750 for a small puncture (not an issue, I choose to rent with limited insurance) - Main complaint is being charged a €20 refuelling penalty when it was physically impossible to refuel the car as Okmobility put it on a tow truck and didn't allow me to refuel, then charged my card.

Pros: Liked it being in the airport

Cons: We didn't see the initial car condition report in any of the emails sent - only got it after drop off

Cons: We picked our car up on the 4th September around 20:30 in Seville airport. Juan, who was on the desk, was awful. He was rude, pushy and made us feel as though we were going to get scammed on return of the car because we did not buy their insurance. He almost implied they would find something/anything to charge a fee for so we must purchase their insurance to avoid that. He was by far one the worst rental experience I’ve ever had and the sole reason I will never use ok mobility again.

Pros: They need to work on waiting tome for pick up , how ever drop off was excellent Daniel was fantastic , he made my drop off effortless .

Cons: We had ordered a Peugeot 308 mid size SUV. Got a SEAT Arena that felt much smaller. At four adults with baggage for four weeks, it was too tight.

Pros: I liked that was no hard sell or lies about additional rental insurance

Cons: No road maps, no GPS. Customer has to take pictures to prove condition of car. This was new to me.

Pros: It was a great value, easy to communicate with the front desk.

Cons: They open at 7am and we had to catch a 9:30am flight.

Pros: - I had checked in online, that helped - they have a 4 hr hold policy if you are late - they upgraded my car - checkout was smooth, I was lucky no queue - my deposit was refunded immediately - staff were very helpful

Cons: - I requested a late checkout , they only gave me 1 hr, I was ok to pay a small fee - at checkin they never checked my car just told me its new no scratches , I found a few just took pictures - the fuel was not full, luckily I took a picture

Cons: The unreasonable cost of adding a second driver which can be discounted if you upgrade but not otherwise.

Pros: Nothing total scam artist had to pay hundreds for a scuff we didn’t do after paying for parking garages to avoid this. I’ll meber rent or recommend this company

Pros: Very friendly and efficient. It took us about 15 min to leave the car, inclyding accident reproting. Next time will use them and definetely biy insurance from the supplier and not the platform which is my advice to others.

Pros: The lady at the desk was very nice and gave us places to go to i the area. We asked to upgrade the car, For the same Money, and we Got it 😄

Cons: I thought I was booking directly with a rental car company, not a third party carrier. Bummer.

Cons: Collection was drawn out, trying to be scared into buying extra products / insurance. When not bought staff became less cooperative. Picked up the vehicle at night & not sufficient lighting to check vehicle properly.

Cons: The service at return in Sevilla - extremely rude - Antonio.

Pros: We were expecting pickup & drop off to be a hassle & itwas easy & excellent - no hard sell when we said we already had our own excess insurance

Cons: We waited around for the transfer bus as didn't realise that locally the name had changed to OK Mobility & we were looking out for the old OK Rent a Car logo, so our error but maybe an email to alert us by DiscoverCars or OK Mobility would have avoided this.

Pros: Kindness and professional support by operators

Cons: The car provided was of a category lower/different from the booked one: the operator was not able to provide a different car because not available.

Cons: High cost of fully comp insurance for just a week (which we didn't take out).

Cons: But it was very dirty the computer and gps didn’t work and all vocation we were trying to prolong the rental in vain

Cons: L'assurance obligatoire a 140 euros !!!!

Cons: the car didn't have a USB outlet for my phone (american style USB) so I couldn't charge my phone while driving long distances. This was a problem because I needed power for the navigation. Not a big issue though, just an inconvenience.

Pros: It was mostly smooth, returning without a problem

Cons: I didn't like the conditions of use of credit/debit cards, it complicated our rental quite a bit.

Pros: They were really helpful, I can't fault them. Very pleased customer.

Cons: Horrible shuttle service (45 min wait), gave incorrect directions for returning the car after hours (and *charged* us for their error), and charged us $500 for a scratch even after we paid for their "premium insurance".
