Pros: The agent in Porto were wonderful and very helpful.
Cons: The agent in Seville was not good. He did not mark up all the existing damage to the car. The car had worn out wipers, a key that the battery was nearly empty and the parcel shelf was for a different smaller car.

Pros: When we got to Seville wa have been charched extra money because we arrived after 11. Quite right, but when asked to an agent of yours he didn't tell us. Furthermore the Europa cars told us that the insurance bought through you was not valid with them. In case of problem we would have paid them and then ask you to have the money back.
Cons: The lady at the desk was really rude. She also tried to do upselling. We would accept that but we didn't as she was so rude and didn't provide with the information we asked for.

The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
