Cons: The pushy way the member of staff wanted me to take out extra insurance, even though I had already taken out “fully comprehensive” insurance with Discover Cars.

Cons: Being told that the insurance Discover sold me was not valid and would not cover any excess etc. And not having time to contact Discover due to time commitments

Pros: Daniel, on the GoldCar desk at Seville airport was very calm and soothing. We witnessed him and his colleagues having to explain Goldcar's opportunistic policy loop holes to two other clients while we were trying to resolve our problem (they had 5 desks, so at that time about 60% of clients had issues). We suspect the company prioritise maximisation of their income by tricksy and unscrupulous means. Advertising at very low rates through secondary agents and slam them with a loop hole...

Cons: We paid a lot more than was advertised due to a loop hole (credit card in different name to driver) - before booking check the small print meticulously! We also lost our deposit paid to Discover Cars, we were collecting the car on Sunday so no customer support was available We recommend people shop around and be wary of secondary contracts (through agents) as the hiring company cannot offer any flexibility and appear to have a list of loop holes which make the booking very difficult or expensive

Cons: Not full fuel tank, I filled form almost 100km more than I got it. And attitude of pick up service. I reserved abarth 500 and i got mg instead. Not a car I was looking for. After pointing it out, got just "we don't have".

Pros: The guys at the counter in Seville (Airport) are very polite, professional, respectful, and efficient. It was my first time trying this company (I tried one of their competitors at the airport before) and they did not disappoint. I will definitely rent a car again with Goldcar when I go back to Cadiz from Dublin.

Pros: Goldcar does not accept amex therefor it costed me £100 more as they took the deposit off my card and on return due to exchange rates it was a great loss. Meaning I will no longer choose Goldcar again. Also the attitude of the representative for not taking their insurance was bad and sulky. I always take your package and other desk understand I know the deal and they are ok with it.

Pros: Our clerk was so helpful and friendly. I’m so sorry I forgot his name but he was great I think it was Carlos.

Pros: I had my car in record time from my experiences in Seville airport. And a very nice minu SUV. It's was very good value. Friendly staf too.

Cons: Overall they were very good, the only slight criticism is that the car wasn't so clean inside, but that really didn't bother me as it was minor.

Cons: during reporting additional damage, other than those mentioned in the protocol, another car drove into the rented one, the service at the parking lot didn't react completely, only the employee of the office showed interest and explained what should be done

Cons: The fact that we were made to feel like Discover Car was a essentially a scam and that if we didn't pay for Goldcar insurance we would be liable for everything despite what our booking said.

Cons: -they dont take amex cards, as a result we ended paying a lot of bank and forex fees, which costed us as much as the rental cost -the staff was really impolite -when returning the car, the staff did not want to look at the car to observe no damages were doen to the vehicle, and completely disregarded me when I was asking for a receipt to confirm we returned the car
