Cons: The thrifty or firefly location is very poorly highlighted. . I went to 3 different locations to find their office. Upon collection of the car it was wet & the lighting was very poor so the identification of damages was difficulty (obviously deliberate). 3 major scratches / dents were missing from the original check out report so this was reported to them & then adjusted. Exiting the car park was also difficult & access was denied twice so had to return to the thrifty office for this to happen.

Cons: In case of flight delays only 2 hours pick up allowance is to short, during the flight I cannot inform about pick up time, any way you have prepayment and you can keep the ordered car a few hours longer

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Mileage: 600 km per rental, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1300.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 25 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.
There is no maximum age.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 70.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): EU countries.
Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
