Cons: constant upselling, lack of up to date info about booking, lied to me about whether there was GPS in my vehicle, offered me a different vehicle, no info supplied about how to drop off.

Pros: … seriously?! Nothing at all, the thrifty counter was not even working and had to make a long queue at the hertz counter.
Cons: - insurance problem - over €1.000 blocked on my card even if I paid for a total coverage insurance - staff at the counter are RUDE AF! - no one was helping me finding the car to pick it up - no one checked with me the damages of the car.. they just drop a pdf showing me the damages a couple of hours later. - long time waiting

Driver requirements

For vehicles in groups Luxury a driver license issued at least 3 years ago is required.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU countries.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP). If the duration of your stay in France is longer than 12 month, a driver license issued in France is required. For driver licenses from countries not party to the International Driving Permit treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license. A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.

The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
