Pros: Friendly people. Good Service.

Cons: The Fiat 500 smelled like smoke. The car had trouble starting in the morning. The check engine light came on. We switched out cars halfway through. The new car was great.

Pros: Helpful staff

Cons: We had our car windows broken by thieves and had to have car replaced. . The satnav in the Fiat was very difficult to use and non vocal. There were no instructions on how to use it!

Cons: Had to wait far too long for the car to be delivered> Paperwork all completed very quickly but significant delay waiting for car.

Pros: Once I was able to locate the car rental at Charles de Gaulle airport it was not too horribly time consuming. The car was in good condition and had all the equipment such as Apple play that need driving a pleasure in Europe

Cons: The most difficult aspect was finding the rental car location to make the return. It is not well marked at Charles de Gaulle and the paper they give to show how to find it is difficult to read while driving in the traffic solo
