Pros: Car had only 900km on the clock

Cons: The AVIS office at CDG was dirty and uncomfortable, and the staff member assisting us was visibly sick, wiping his nose with his hand while handling our documents, which felt unhygienic and unprofessional. Despite having Discovercars.com insurance, he insisted we buy AVIS coverage and implied ours might not be valid, creating pressure and uncertainty. We had booked a Renault 5 but were given an eC3 instead, and seeing available Renault 5 cars in the lot while being refused one.

Pros: nothing

Cons: it was the most disapointing rent i ever had. i reserved high category car, but i got mga car, all over covered with streches. i had to return to avis office, wich is not so close to the pick up point. i return to the same worker and tell her that this car should not be rented at all . she offer me again mga car, wich was looking the same: all over covered withe streches. there was no effort done to change the car for me. after spending 2 hours there, i left their office unsatispied.

Cons: The Fiat 500 smelled like smoke. The car had trouble starting in the morning. The check engine light came on. We switched out cars halfway through. The new car was great.

Pros: Once I was able to locate the car rental at Charles de Gaulle airport it was not too horribly time consuming. The car was in good condition and had all the equipment such as Apple play that need driving a pleasure in Europe

Cons: The most difficult aspect was finding the rental car location to make the return. It is not well marked at Charles de Gaulle and the paper they give to show how to find it is difficult to read while driving in the traffic solo

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1900.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Vehicle registration fee, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

The driver license must be written in Roman alphabet.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
A digital driver's license will not be accepted — you must bring your physical driving license.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.

Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Snow chains.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
