Our counters are situated at Terminal 2C/D, Terminal 2E/F and Terminal 1. For Terminal 2E/F: When you arrive from Terminal 2E/F/G or by TGV, please follow the signs to find Terminal 2E/F until rental area location de voitures. The counter is situated outside the terminal building. For Terminal 2C/D: When you arrive from 2A/B/C/D or Terminal 3, please follow the signs to find Terminal 2C/D and then the rental area location de voitures. For people arriving from Terminal 3, please take the shuttle train CDG Val to Terminal 2 and then follow the signs to the rental area location de voitures at Terminal 2C/D. For Terminal 1, exit your flight via the baggage reclaim and you will find our counter to the right.

Cons: Waiting time in the queue to the counters. Two chaotic lines in a small space, and you couldn't really know that you were in the right line, the signs on the wall and on the side said different companies. Confusing. When you stand in line for so long time, you wan't to be sure you are in the right line. It was unnecessarily complicated to find the counters and pick up location. The voucher should have a map over the airport where the destination is marked. The info text didn't do it.

Cons: I encountered a problem when dropping off the car after hours in that the designated spaces were full. I parked elsewhere and had to write a note to point out where I left the car. I followed up with a phone call to the agency the next day. Enterprise should have a note indicating what to do in this case.

Cons: First representative African lady charged me more because she did not have the car I rented was an old car more than 50,000 kilometers with many many problems including bad tires malfunctioning rear view mirrors did not work electrical problems lights going off had to put air in tires etc etc the African lady was not even courteous rude in spite of her subordinate MYRIAM the Algerian lady was great took excellent care and was the reason we came back to rent another as we did the month before

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1700.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Premium location fee, Vehicle registration fee, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.

The following surcharges may apply: Winterization fee.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 3 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

The driver license must be written in Latin alphabet.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, Passport or ID card, booking voucher, train ticket.
In order to pick up the car the customer must present inbound and outbound flight tickets in their name matching the rental period; otherwise, they will be denied service.
In order to pick up the car, domestic renters must present the following documents: proof of home address (e.g. Utility bill).
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
If the car is returned with a lesser amount of fuel, a refueling charge of 20 EUR will be applied + the cost of the missing fuel.
Diesel vehicles are available for an additional charge.
Diesel vehicles are available only by request upon arrival.
Additional information
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 01.11 to 31.03 in the following regions: Ain, Allier, Alpes-de-Haute-Provence, Hautes-Alpes, Alpes-Maritimes, Ardeche, Ariege, Aude, Aveyron, Cantal, Doubs, Drome, Haute-Garonne, Isere, Jura, Loire, Haute-Loire, Lozere, Moselle, Puy-de-Dome, Pyrénées-Atlantiques, Hautes-Pyrénées, Pyrénées-Orientales, Bas-Rhin, Haut-Rhin, Rhone, Haute-Saone, Savoie, Haute-Savoie, Tarn, Var, Vaucluse, Vosges, Territoire de Belfort.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
During the winter season, snow chains are mandatory on roads in mountainous areas that are marked by a road sign.
