Pros: I presented a printed version of my reservation confirmation but the agent refused to honor it. This is a classic bait and switch - just criminal!

Cons: The agent lied and said they had no record of my reservation despite my presenting a printed version.

Pros: The agenda at CDG airport at car pick up was extremely helpful. He suggested a hybrid (since we were driving for 3 weeks) and that very helpful in keeping our fuel costs lower.

Cons: See above comment about needing to replace the battery in the key fob.

Cons: The car misread the speed limit 80 percent of the time. When the limit was 130, for example, it thought it was 80. When the limit was 50, it would tell me that it was 90. This meant that I had to listen to the dinging of the warning bell constantly. It could have caused me an accident or a speeding fine. I was also told that the car haf GPS, but it did not, so i had to use a lot of my phone's juice to navigate, which cost me extra money.

Pros: Nothing. Since my flight was delayed past when the eurocar office was open, and my accommodations were over 100km away, I had to pass the evening in the airport until they opened in the morning. They gave me the exact same car that was booked— they raised the rate, because they’re awful, and then even charged me for the prior day. So… new rate because they’re awful pick up date changed from Wednesday at 11pm to Thursday at 6am, but then still had the gall to charge me *for Wednesday night*

Cons: Told the agent that I could same day book a better rate online— he responded that he wouldn’t release the car before 10am, *and would cancel any incoming reservation* if I made one. Hostage situation— pay triple, or I’ll stop you from booking. Hate Eurocar, never again for as long as I breath will I rent anything from them.

Cons: Les personnes derrière le comptoir ont fait du zèle, ils n'ont pas accepté mon permis de conduire, ni même mon passort pour prouver mon identité.

Pros: Zero. It feels like i was scammed on the spot. Forced to pay 3 times more money to get a car. The agent was not helpful and refused to show me the car i rented.

Cons: Nothibg. Again, jo gelp, i was told the site i used is a scam and i had to pay to get a vehicle.

Cons: At the time of vehicle pickup at CDG, the desk agent repeatedly stated that I was not insured because I had booked through a third-party company. I was told, in a very insistent manner, that without purchasing additional insurance I could be held fully liable for the full replacement value of the vehicle. This information was presented as non-negotiable and left little room for clarification or verification. I just sent a formal complain and reimbursement request.

Cons: I had a reservation for 10 days. Unfortunately, the car that was reserved was an electric car which wasn’t going to work for me. The reservation was for approximately $250. At the counter they said to change to a gas car would be $1300! What a joke. I rent a car every three months from CDG and know what car rentals cost. They were trying to rip me off. I declined and made an immediate online reservation with Budget for $250. However, I lost my money for the first reservation due to the 48 hr c

Pros: They've had great, appropriate cars for me. Firstly a 9 seater van and then the Citroen.

Cons: Only drama was with this car pick up. 1.5 hours at CDG waiting ina queue. This was time that we planned for travelling towards Italy which meant we ended up driving in the dark at 10.00pm at night. The attendant wanted me to wait another 30 minutes for the car to be brought over from another part of the airport. When I said I was too tired to wait and we had already lost travelling time and we had just come from Amsterdam by train, she took pity on us and upgraded me to a car already there.

The Europcar assured us this extra is for the security purposes, but after we renturned the car (Europcar full insurance package), we did not received it. I would like to talk to one of your representatives please, to find solution. It can be seen from the receipt, original payment at the desk should be 426,29, but on site we also requested additional insurance. So the total receipt should be 583, 79 and not 683, 79 (with additional 100).

Cons: They provide smaller car as our bags could go inside. I paid almost a double to have bigger car & more money as deposit too. Until now, I did not know if they received the car when i returned it.

Cons: My request was Mercedes and the rate was for Mercedes or smilier, but the choose for me Hyundai Tusan. So, i rejected and you did not refund my payment. And this is not fair and not good from your team.

Pros: Car rental agent offered full insurance bundled with GPS navigation (inbuild). The GOS worked for day one, from the nest day there was no connectivity. We approached Eurpecar at Le Harve, they said that GPS was not part of the agreement. I was mislead to believe the contrary.
