Pros: Staff were great.
Cons: The car misread the speed limit 80 percent of the time. When the limit was 130, for example, it thought it was 80. When the limit was 50, it would tell me that it was 90. This meant that I had to listen to the dinging of the warning bell constantly. It could have caused me an accident or a speeding fine. I was also told that the car haf GPS, but it did not, so i had to use a lot of my phone's juice to navigate, which cost me extra money.

Pros: Nothing. Since my flight was delayed past when the eurocar office was open, and my accommodations were over 100km away, I had to pass the evening in the airport until they opened in the morning. They gave me the exact same car that was booked— they raised the rate, because they’re awful, and then even charged me for the prior day. So… new rate because they’re awful pick up date changed from Wednesday at 11pm to Thursday at 6am, but then still had the gall to charge me *for Wednesday night*
Cons: Told the agent that I could same day book a better rate online— he responded that he wouldn’t release the car before 10am, *and would cancel any incoming reservation* if I made one. Hostage situation— pay triple, or I’ll stop you from booking. Hate Eurocar, never again for as long as I breath will I rent anything from them.
Pros: Je n'ai rien apprécié du fournisseur car je n'ai jamais pris possession du véhicule.
Cons: Les personnes derrière le comptoir ont fait du zèle, ils n'ont pas accepté mon permis de conduire, ni même mon passort pour prouver mon identité.
Pros: Zero. It feels like i was scammed on the spot. Forced to pay 3 times more money to get a car. The agent was not helpful and refused to show me the car i rented.
Cons: Nothibg. Again, jo gelp, i was told the site i used is a scam and i had to pay to get a vehicle.

An E-Toll is offered in order to avoid violation fees.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
For vehicles in groups Compact, Standard, Luxury, Intermediate, Fullsize, Compact Elite a driver license valid for at least 3 years is required.
For vehicles in groups Premium a driver license valid for at least 5 years is required.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country. Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher, proof of home address (e.g. Utility bill), that is valid for at least 3 months before the pick up date. A digital driver's license will not be accepted — you must bring your physical driving license.
The following payment methods are accepted: Diners, Debit cards, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: Diners, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
Cash, Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.

Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France - Corsica, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain - Balearic Islands, Spain-Canary Islands, Spain-Mainland, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.

There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Electric vehicles must be returned with the same battery charge they had when picked up to avoid additional charges (on a per kWh basis). An additional admin fee will be charged if a vehicle is returned with less than 80 % battery charge remaining.
During the winter season, snow chains are mandatory on roads in mountainous areas that are marked by a road sign.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 0 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
