Pros: I have lodged a complaint and still waiting for the reply from both discover cars and sixt. My trip was very stressful and days wasted due to car issues.
Cons: Pressure to buy extra insurance. Sat navigation was in German .3 people tried to fix it to Eng. Eventually given a new car which was much bigger and harder to drive in tricky places. Pick up took 90 minutes.

Pros: Rebecca at the desk was so kind and helpful. We returned the car in a different city so she looked up everything we would need to know and emailed it to me. She was excellent.
Cons: The back seat had been folded down, and when we folded up back up it was really dirty. Food waste, wrappers, etc.
Cons: The car was delivered 3 hours late. On sixst web site, it sais that it was delivered on time! The car was in bad condition. it was dirty, scrached and bumps front side and back.

Pros: Less paperwork than expected. Brand new 2020 clean car.
Pros: We took upgrade to bigger automatic car and got a brand new one with reasonable costs.
Pros: I always try to rent with SIXT, I never had any problem with them and if we've had, they solved it.
Cons: Days before to pick the car I asked if it will be possible to do at Terminal 1 at CDG airport Paris. They answered that only could be I terminal 2. When I arrived to the airport surprisly I picked up the car at terminal.
Pros: The drop off was smooth and easily done. We also found the vehicle performed very well.
Cons: The pickup wasn't very smooth. While we agreed to change our choice slightly, the time that it took to arrive seemed to stretch and become longer and longer.
Cons: Car was given to me with an warning message to add "AD BLUE" (additive for diesel car). Sixt employee did not answer my request to have that taking off and I was told to stop at the 1st service station to buy the product and filed it up. It is like giving a car with the oil warning light on ! I thought it was unprofessional from Sixt to give a car like that. The worst is that I did bought it, and ask for a reimbursment for the AD BLUE and service...and nobody ever return my email messages.
Pros: Provided the van I needed.
Cons: Needed more help with the navigation system, advice about better routes to return to the airport.
Cons: I didnt get the car I ordered and it ruined our 10 year anniversary plans
Pros: Simple, no fuss, can advise extras in advance
Cons: Be nice to have the booster seats ready and in the car... had to wait for them to come from another teminal
Pros: Car was in very good condition, drop off was very easy and quick.
Cons: It took over 1.5 hours to actually take possession of the vehicle. There was no lineup at the desk but it took staff far too long to bring the car to terminal 2 at CDG. We were told that we would receive a discount due to this inconvenience but this was not done.
Pros: very responsive to my needs to change the duration of car rental
Cons: I had to go see a representative about extending my contract for more than 5 days and could not do everything on the phone.
Pros: Quick and easy
Cons: The sales person tried to convince us to pay extra for excess reduction by telling us that every scratch would cost $1000+ in excess if we didnt get it. This information was false, only one excess of $1000+ would be payed no matter how many extra scratches there were during our hire period. We were pretty disappointed that we were lied to in this way.
