Sixt is one of the largest car rental companies serving Charles de Gaulle Airport, the busiest airport in France. The company’s office is located inside the airport. It operates a full-to-full fuel policy. At the end of the rental period, the rental car can be dropped off either at the airport or in one of the other Sixt offices in France or other European countries.
Pick-up instructions
car rental location is at Terminal 2. If arriving at Terminal 1 our branch is located in the arrivals hall at Gate 26. Those arriving a terminal 2D can find our Sixt rent a car counter in the shopping area between Terminals C and D. If arriving at Terminal 2F we are found in the car rental parking area. If you need to reach us from any other terminal you can reach us via shuttle bus or take the CDGVAL shuttle train to Terminals 1, 2D or 2F.
Drop-off instructions
Vehicles can be returned around the clock to terminals T1, 2D, drop the keys into the designated keybox.

Cons: Pressure to buy extra insurance. Sat navigation was in German .3 people tried to fix it to Eng. Eventually given a new car which was much bigger and harder to drive in tricky places. Pick up took 90 minutes.

Pros: Rebecca at the desk was so kind and helpful. We returned the car in a different city so she looked up everything we would need to know and emailed it to me. She was excellent.
Cons: The back seat had been folded down, and when we folded up back up it was really dirty. Food waste, wrappers, etc.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Mileage: 1750 km per rental, Loss Damage Waiver (damage deductible: € 1700.00), Third Party Liability (TPL), Premium Location fee, Road tax, Environmental charge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
For vehicles in groups Compact, Standard, Intermediate, Fullsize a driver license issued at least 5 years ago is required.
For vehicles in groups Luxury, Wagons, Special a driver license issued at least 10 years ago is required.
For driver licenses from countries not party to the International Driving Permit treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Driver licenses from non-EU countries (except Switzerland) are accepted if no visa has been entered in the passport.
All non-EU residents staying in the EU for longer than 6 months must present a driving licence from an EU country.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
