Cons: My flight was delayed, the told me they had given away my car (even though they had my flight details) they then insinuated to me that if I took the insurance with them that they might find me a car, after waiting 20 minutes, I finally told them them I would take the insurance and they then magically found a car! The car itself was not in the same category and was extremely inferior and not worthy of driving on hills of Amman, in fact, it actually stopped on a hill once when I was with my family

Pros: Pick up was fast and easy. Sixt booth at the airport was easy to find.

Cons: Didn't get the car we booked. Instead, was given a Peugeot car with bad steering wheel alignment and many scratches. The booking said full tank but we got a half tank. At return, there was no one at the booth. Called the 24 hour number but no one answered. Only after deciding to try to call again before checking in for the flight did they answer. Deposit was voided in the spot as we didn't have any extra charges. This was a huge plus for them.

Cons: The service ! Particulary one guy very tall with a moustache and start to work at 8am. He was very agressif in his way to sell the cover insurance. When we refused it, he then served other people and made us waiting for more than an hour. The car was not the car that we booked and it was a very very tiny car. All the trip we where very afraid to do any damage to the car as the guy was very willing to take money of us. Worst experience ever in renting a car

Cons: SIXT did not abide by its promise of delivering the booked car. Instead they handed over an old SUV. They initially said it would be changed within one day, but again failing their promise they did not change it throughout the trip. I incurred huge financial losses due to failure of SIXT to abide by its promise and now they are not compensating for the same and instead giving childish reasons for the same. Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Loss Damage Waiver (damage deductible: ~€ 430.00), Third Party Liability (TPL), Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

For vehicles in groups Fullsize a driver license valid for at least 3 years is required.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
For driver licenses from countries not party to the International Driving Permit treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license.
For driver licenses from countries not party to the Geneva / Vienna Convention on Road Traffic (e.g., China), an official translation of the license in the following language(s): English, together with the original license, must be presented.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.

Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Wi-Fi, Chauffeur Service.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Details are available from the car rental company's reservation office.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 59 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
