Pros: absolutly nothing

Cons: The service ! Particulary one guy very tall with a moustache and start to work at 8am. He was very agressif in his way to sell the cover insurance. When we refused it, he then served other people and made us waiting for more than an hour. The car was not the car that we booked and it was a very very tiny car. All the trip we where very afraid to do any damage to the car as the guy was very willing to take money of us. Worst experience ever in renting a car

Pros: Nothing

Cons: SIXT did not abide by its promise of delivering the booked car. Instead they handed over an old SUV. They initially said it would be changed within one day, but again failing their promise they did not change it throughout the trip. I incurred huge financial losses due to failure of SIXT to abide by its promise and now they are not compensating for the same and instead giving childish reasons for the same. Request Discover Car to pursue my case and get my compensation for the financial losses

Cons: Seemed disinterested in serving me. On my return I was guided by a member of airport parking to an area. When I showed it to them the Sixt staff said i needed to move it to the correct spot. Cons: Took extra 20 JOD for Road side assistance, which was covered in my rental agreement. Once I reported it to them that is covered. Now they will be refunding money. Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Loss Damage Waiver (damage deductible: ~€ 470.00), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

For vehicles in groups Fullsize a driver license valid for at least 3 years is required.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
For driver licenses from countries not party to the International Driving Permit treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license.
For driver licenses from countries not party to the Geneva / Vienna Convention on Road Traffic (e.g., China), an official translation of the license in the following language(s): English, together with the original license, must be presented.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card until the end of the rental period.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
The following payment methods are accepted: Visa Electron, Eurocard, Prepaid cards, Visa Debit Card, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card, MasterCard debit card, American Express Debit card.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.

All credit cards must be capable of the following: PIN verification; cards without this capability will not be accepted.

Cash is/are not accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Wi-Fi, Chauffeur Service, Cell phone.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 0 minutes.
