Cons: Not friendly, serviceminded and they insisted on extra insurrance - and said that your inurrance did not cover any accident for the car. I said no and they were not satisfied.

Pros: This feedback is for DiscoverCars I booked a vehicle for 11pm pick via DiscoverCars. Rent Plus only has normal working hours until 10pm. Therefore I have incurred 150 Euros charge on the spot, straight away, for booking via your website as a result on top. That's additional 60% more than what was quoted on your website. If this was made clear to me I would have not gone ahead with the rental at this time.

We were warned that if we do not buy insurance from them they will charge 500€ for each scratch, however car had numerous scratches when we pocked up and none of them was marked. Cons: They offered upgrade not telling us that it was a minibus. When we found it out (we are two ladies and dont need a minibus!) they were a bit angry. Than that issue with the oil mentioned above.

Cons: 1. Did not put effort to help after the reservation was lost (after the reservation was updated through DiscoverCars' 3rd party service.). I had to insist to obtain their attention and to receive a car. 2. When I wanted to extend the rental, the only way to contact was by phone call. Website wasnt relevant and my Email wasnt answered. And the guy at the phone kept saying for 2 days in a row "im not in front of the computer, ill be in an hour"and THEN WASNT AVAILABLE!And once even hung up on me!

Pros: Fantastic service. Easy to go through all paperwork quickly & easily. Fantastic price & great car with plenty of space which we needed for cases.

It took several hours to respond and to activate their local agent in Ostrava. 3) The pick up in Prague took very long time. 4) The local agent in Prague claimed that Discover Cars is not known to him and tried to charge me double price. After arguing he accepted the Discover pricing

Pros: Absolutely nothing!! There was no service provided by Rent Plus at all. We arrived and were told there was no car available for our booking and no time frame on when a car would be available….completely unacceptable and a farce!

Pros: Convenience of being at the airport. Despite being alone and overworked he was efficient and friendly.

Cons: The poor man was on his own and there were 5 people in line when I arrived and we needed to wait nearly an hour to be served. Having to go up to check the car, take pictures of damage that was not on the form, go back to the counter and wait again to have it acknowledged. Returning the car 2 days early and unable to get any refund. The fact that insurance is through a separate company seems very complicated if it is ever needed.

Cons: I think I was overcharged for gasoline. I took a picture where I left the car with gas little less then half tank and I paid as if the car was empty of gas. They charged me 60,78Euro. This is what I paid when the same car was completaly out of gas. I paid 53,52 Euro when compleataly empty. How much is the service fee? I should get back at least 20 Euro.

Pros: The car was brand new and the price was quite good. There is a possibilty to book for late arrival. The staff was very professionak, nice and had a lot of patience!

Cons: We arrived at night (with plane delay) and were very happy to see that the counter was still open. However there was only one clerk and we got stuck after a couple who did not speak English, so used google translate to understand the instructions and the contract!
