Pros: I was very satisfied with the service provided by RENT PLUS. I received a free vehicle upgrade, and the car was practically brand new with very low mileage. Both the pick-up and drop-off processes were quick and efficient. The staff were knowledgeable, professional, and happy to answer all my questions. I also appreciated how clean, organized, and well-managed the vehicle pick-up and return area was. Overall, it was a smooth and hassle-free rental experience, and I would definitely choose again.

They never answered the call in all our attempts more than 15 times. The emergency number was answered but they said we can’t help you and hung up. We were lucky that everything went smooth with the car, but if there would have been any breakdown, we would have been in great trouble.

Cons: Necesity of (and tricky rental) trough other rental agencies, dificulties to contact RentPlus with telephone (no answer even on Emergency tel. numbers. I did verify funstionality of RentPlus numbers with my tel. service provider. RentPlus simply didn't answer any my tel. calls for whole week between November 24 - 29, 2024. I gave up later.

Cons: The agent was pushing for insurance products necessarily and hard. He turned downright harsh and hostile when I declined since I bought insurance via booking.com. The return experience was unpleasant as well. The agent took my key without inspecting the car since he was the only agent on call. This is unprofessional and irresponsible. Overall the service attitude was pretty bad.

Cons: When returning the car at the Prague airport, the name of the rental company does not appear with the names of the other rental companies as they are indicated on the rental car return sign - this fact delayed me in looking for where to return the car

Cons: Я сделал заказ через DiscoverCars и там же оплатил полную страховку “ full insurance “. На вопрос агента о полной страховке я ответил ДА, имея ввиду наличие у меня полной страховки. Все документы были в руках агента, он мог видеть, что эта страховка уже оплачена, но он не заметил или сделал вид, что не заметил и сделал мне повторно эту страховку. В итоге я заплатил лишние 100 евро. Обидно.

Pros: The price (without the late pick up fee) is very good

Cons: I was going to arrive late for my collection & called (many times) as instructed on the voucher, but they never answered. I arrived at 22:55, the agent was there, but wanted a 150 Euro late pick up fee (voucher does not detail this). I said that I'd called them and he told me they never answer the phone during working hours! I refused the extra fee, found a hotel for £65 with taxi and collected the car the next day, ok for me, but if you're with dependants, you've little choice but to pay.

Pros: This feedback is for DiscoverCars I booked a vehicle for 11pm pick via DiscoverCars. Rent Plus only has normal working hours until 10pm. Therefore I have incurred 150 Euros charge on the spot, straight away, for booking via your website as a result on top. That's additional 60% more than what was quoted on your website. If this was made clear to me I would have not gone ahead with the rental at this time.
