Pros: I was very satisfied with the service provided by RENT PLUS. I received a free vehicle upgrade, and the car was practically brand new with very low mileage. Both the pick-up and drop-off processes were quick and efficient. The staff were knowledgeable, professional, and happy to answer all my questions. I also appreciated how clean, organized, and well-managed the vehicle pick-up and return area was. Overall, it was a smooth and hassle-free rental experience, and I would definitely choose again.

Ultimately, we found another car supplier who offered better assistance without demanding ridiculous extra fees and provided a more favorable last-minute deal.

But was given Mini type of car - it was Toyota Aygo. I did expect something matching the discription, not smaller, than i booked. They never answered the call in all our attempts more than 15 times. The emergency number was answered but they said we can’t help you and hung up. We were lucky that everything went smooth with the car, but if there would have been any breakdown, we would have been in great trouble.

Cons: You charged me twice and never returned to my emails and phone calls to the following contact details : airport@rentplus.cz 00420 775 505 550 As you know for sure, and it is written in our agreement that I rent the car with full insurance. But guy on the desk ask for an additional cost of 3865,95 CZK. Without this payment, I could not take the car. I kindly ask you to refund.

Pros: Super quick, easy and simple

Cons: I was charged more than my booking confirmation stated as I had already paid upfront but wanted to add a second driver.

Pros: For the first offered price grrat car. But than unxpected charge...

Pros: Conveniently close to the airport terminal, great price, fantastic value.

Cons: When the booking has been made online, the pick up process should be streamlined. I had to queue behind people arranging their rental on the day, which was lengthy (around 20-30 minutes queuing, and it was not that very busy, e.g. around 2-3 customers being processed before my turn). Same issue at drop off, while all I had to do in the end was to drop the paper work and the keys.

Cons: Very long waiting for the pick-up. The fact that the employee forgot to gave the snowchains. In the end it wasn't a 4x4 which I did choose.

Pros: לא קיבלנו את הרכב שהזמנו, הזמנתי קיה ספורטאז', ונתנו לי סקודה קרוק רכב שמאוד לא רציתי, אם ידעתי שזה מה שאקבל, לא הייתי מזמין. ומתברר שחברת ההשכרה שאין במלאי . בכלל קיה ספורטז. הרגשנו די מרומים.

Cons: The agent did not inform us about the warranty of 1200 euros, instead he just asked for my credit card. I would not recommend it to anyone close to me.

Cons: Necesity of (and tricky rental) trough other rental agencies, dificulties to contact RentPlus with telephone (no answer even on Emergency tel. numbers. I did verify funstionality of RentPlus numbers with my tel. service provider. RentPlus simply didn't answer any my tel. calls for whole week between November 24 - 29, 2024. I gave up later.

Cons: The agent was pushing for insurance products necessarily and hard. He turned downright harsh and hostile when I declined since I bought insurance via booking.com. The return experience was unpleasant as well. The agent took my key without inspecting the car since he was the only agent on call. This is unprofessional and irresponsible. Overall the service attitude was pretty bad.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: The staff behind the desk was rude and not helpful at all. Get car with lots of damages and not marked on the paperwork. When I make the staff aware about the paperwork again not helpful. Definitely I'm choosing different company next time.

Cons: When returning the car at the Prague airport, the name of the rental company does not appear with the names of the other rental companies as they are indicated on the rental car return sign - this fact delayed me in looking for where to return the car

Cons: bad because my flight was delayed for an hour and when I arrived the car drop-off was closed... and I had to rent a car for two days from another company for €350

Pros: Легко найти пункт проката, быстрое обслуживание.

Cons: Я сделал заказ через DiscoverCars и там же оплатил полную страховку “ full insurance “. На вопрос агента о полной страховке я ответил ДА, имея ввиду наличие у меня полной страховки. Все документы были в руках агента, он мог видеть, что эта страховка уже оплачена, но он не заметил или сделал вид, что не заметил и сделал мне повторно эту страховку. В итоге я заплатил лишние 100 евро. Обидно.

Cons: קבענו לאסוף את הרכב ב12 בלילה והנציג לא היה וחיכנו עד הבוקר ולא קיבלנו הסבר או התנצלות ובמהלך הנסיעה הרפידות המעצור לא עבדו טוב
