Cons: even with full coverage online they pushed me for full coverage, car condition was terrible, it was not clean enough, after certain speed(110km/h) there was vibration(jerking) a lot. And I did not get still final invoice from them after 9days.

Pros: Not very helpful by asking adding more services and rejecting to my driving license which I used in many other European countries, finally have to ask discoverycars for help to changing the name to my friend name.

Cons: The car was good condition and clean.

Cons: I called many times to the support line - as the car needed to change oil. No chance to reach the company. The rest was fully OK.

Pros: The drop off was limited due to construction but I entered the garage to the left instead of the right and I end paying for parking. I was even there more than 10 minutes. When I turned around and spoke to the agent that was sitting by the entrance he told me it was my fault for going to the wrong entrance. The markings were not clear.

I had to queue behind people arranging their rental on the day, which was lengthy (around 20-30 minutes queuing, and it was not that very busy, e.g. around 2-3 customers being processed before my turn). Same issue at drop off, while all I had to do in the end was to drop the paper work and the keys.

The return experience was unpleasant as well. The agent took my key without inspecting the car since he was the only agent on call. This is unprofessional and irresponsible. Cons: I was going to arrive late for my collection & called (many times) as instructed on the voucher, but they never answered. I arrived at 22:55, the agent was there, but wanted a 150 Euro late pick up fee (voucher does not detail this). I said that I'd called them and he told me they never answer the phone during working hours! I refused the extra fee, found a hotel for £65 with taxi and collected the car the next day, ok for me, but if you're with dependants, you've little choice but to pay.

Therefore I have incurred 150 Euros charge on the spot, straight away, for booking via your website as a result on top. That's additional 60% more than what was quoted on your website. If this was made clear to me I would have not gone ahead with the rental at this time.

The additional payment we had to make on the spot was offered to us either by card for 70 euros or in cash for 95 euros! Very unprofessional

We cane back to ask for it and they tried to charge us once again despite it was already included in the order and paid. After all we got booster seat without paying second time for it. We were warned that if we do not buy insurance from them they will charge 500€ for each scratch, however car had numerous scratches when we pocked up and none of them was marked. Luckily we bought full insurance.

Cons: When we got there they had already rented our car. The person at the desk was extremely rude. He told us it was our fault he didn’t have a rental car for us. He treated us poorly. He eventually got us a comparable car and we left. The worst part is when we came back. We dropped off the car in perfect condition, full of gas. We asked for final paperwork so we knew how much we would be charged they refused we got back to the US & found they charged us double. We are very upset and will dispute it.

Pros: The car was brand new, returning the car was efficient and easy

Cons: Reserved Kia Sportage ( which was under “SUV” category) ,but when I got to the agent i got skoda karoq which is intermediate category ( was cheaper to reserve than the Kia) and has less room and smaller trunk. When I showed the difference in category and price to the agent he was rude, told me it is the same category and my only option is just not to take the car (ye right, cancel the car with my family waiting to get on the road…) Other than that the car was great

Pros: It’s my 3 rd time renting a car from Rent Plus. Overall Satisfied with their services.

Cons: The agent was very unhelpful. I drove out of the garage and had to park on a side street to load baggage. The agent did not explain where to load the car. The washer fluid was empty. The oil had not been changed in a long time and was like tar. I refused to fill even though it was low. Poor maintenance practices. The inside windows were dirty.

Pros: Nice car and pleasant agent... on the surface

Cons: Agent lied to me and told me to to worry about existing damage to the car and then charged my credit card a significant fee after I returned the vehicle in the same condition resulting in me having to raise the issue with my CC fraud team. Zero explanation given by rental company.

Pros: Car was clean and well maintained, price point was good.

Cons: The collection of the car was really bad, it took over an hour and a half standing in a queue. There were 6 people collecting cars it should not have taken so long. The desk attendants were very slow and this caused us to be late.

Cons: This year it has been rediculoualy overpriced which make influence my decision on hiring a car next time.

Cons: The desk agents tried to convince us to take a full insurance by them while we declined it several times. They were uncomfortably insisting of offering this. Later on while we have signed the papers which were firstly written in Czech language and then in English we overcharges us a booster seat and he was insisting that we have ordered it. Once we show him our reservation he told us that we will get a refund. A week later we haven't received anything. Later we contact the company and gave it ba

Cons: Rude and unfriendly agent who seemed annoyed by every question I had. At one point even rolled his eyes. They overcharged me even though I presented the voucher. They charged me a fee to cross over to Germany even though its not mentioned in the voucher. The voucher only says call them to inquire. They charged me for a full day late return and did not give me a grace period. I was expecting a partial charge, no such luck. The exchange rate was terrible. Car was too basic.

Pros: They stayed open for our delayed flight. They stayed open nearly 2 hours after their normal business hours. Special thanks for the staff member who stayed longer ans served us.

Pros: Easy no hassle pick-up/drop-off.

Cons: Looks like charge for rental is made in local currency (using US$ cc), so after exchange rate final price is slightly higher than US$ price quoted (guaranteed) on reservation for vehicle.

Cons: Slow desk service. Also I requested a smaller car, this was an 'upgrade' but for me was too big.

Pros: Service was very good from the guy that severed us at Prague airport, the only problem was the 1 hour 15 minutes wait. This was due to the other guy taking a long break in a busy period.

Cons: We had to pay more money than the quote/email confirmation that I had a copy of from DiscoverCars, as the desk agents said it was not the right exchange rate and that I hadn't paid for the GPS (which the email clearly said I had) They were very forceful about me then getting more insurance/cover on top of what I already purchased with DiscoverCars online, and they even went to the extent of saying that what I had with you guys directly was "useless" which I thought was very poor behaviour

Pros: A modern car worth the money

Cons: Returning the car is a very complicated thing. The person in the office did not offer to help in any way. He behaved like we were troublemakers.

Pros: The car was almost new.

Cons: We unfortunately had an accident after a couple of days of our rental. Rentplus refused to provide us with a replacement car. They told us that this was because we didn't pay 150 Euros for their insurance!!! They basically abandoned us 5 hours from our destination. We had to make our own away back to Prague & pay for a new car rental with a more reputable car hire company. BEWARE. You pay peanuts, you get monkeys!!!

Pros: The car had some issues, rear wheel bearing whined, wheels on the left side were too worn that indicates an issue with wheel alignment.

Cons: The agent tried to sell me additional cover although I told him I have full cover. He said the full cover is not real and in case something happens first I need to pay them and then claim it back.The agent must have come with me at the time of pick up to show me the existing damage and to record it himself.

Pros: Extra costs everywhere, higher excess than the agreement and I still do not have the block on my card removed. Has to wait 45 mins for a rep, and no one available to return the car to. Feels like a scam company vet disappointed!! Will contact my credit card company and file a fraud claim on the ‘extra’ charges complete rip off game they run when they know you are running late

Pros: Nothing they are fraudsters. Car returned on time, in same condition with full tank and they charge me 10,000 czk 2 days later when I'm back in UK.

Pros: The people at the counter were very useful and explained everything in detail, it was easy to extend the rental period and was easy to communicate with them over text (SMS)

Cons: I wanted a different car that was in the picture of the available cars (BMW X6) but the car I gor was different. Still it was very good :)

Cons: They offered upgrade not telling us that it was a minibus. When we found it out (we are two ladies and dont need a minibus!) they were a bit angry. Than that issue with the oil mentioned above.

Cons: 1. Did not put effort to help after the reservation was lost (after the reservation was updated through DiscoverCars' 3rd party service.). I had to insist to obtain their attention and to receive a car. 2. When I wanted to extend the rental, the only way to contact was by phone call. Website wasnt relevant and my Email wasnt answered. And the guy at the phone kept saying for 2 days in a row "im not in front of the computer, ill be in an hour"and THEN WASNT AVAILABLE!And once even hung up on me!

Pros: Fantastic service. Easy to go through all paperwork quickly & easily. Fantastic price & great car with plenty of space which we needed for cases.

Cons: Nothing everything was great.
