Also the man at the desk office laughed with his partner (probably with us - if not, you should know that the client assumes he laughs with you, since you don't know the language..) Also you should inform your customers that the drop off the car hour should be exactly at the time arranged, not earlier (i made the mistake to drop off the car earlier and the office was closed)

Cons: Actually one thing, i was very unhappy about is the car, that i was given. I have booked Economy type (Skoda Fabia or similar) of the car, not Mini type. But was given Mini type of car - it was Toyota Aygo. I did expect something matching the discription, not smaller, than i booked. I did book Economy type, because this is one of lots of time, when i am travelling with my family, therefore i was very disapointed with Toyota Aygo. Toyota Aygo was too small for my family.

However I believe that it was marked on the paperwork I received. The windshield wipers were bad and the windshield wipers fluids were empty within second day. But overall all great experience. Oh yeah, I could not get hold of anybody the day before car return. So I hope I returned it correctly.

We tried to call the office many times to discuss upgrade to be able to travel to Poland, but no answer. The pickup agent experience turned from friendly to very cold as soon as we revealed we have already organized our own full car hire insurance. I drove off a bit spooked out by not purchasing Rent Plus insurance and all the possible scenarios. I did not need that after a long flight....

When I came to collect the car, the guy said: "Oh, I could have given you the car earlier, but you did not come". Evidently trying to play games on me. Pathetic.

Cons: The service is very bad. The insurance for fully coverage was more than 2 times the rental cost which doesn’t make sense. There were 2 numbers shared for support and enquires. They never answered the call in all our attempts more than 15 times. The emergency number was answered but they said we can’t help you and hung up. We were lucky that everything went smooth with the car, but if there would have been any breakdown, we would have been in great trouble.

I had to queue behind people arranging their rental on the day, which was lengthy (around 20-30 minutes queuing, and it was not that very busy, e.g. around 2-3 customers being processed before my turn). Same issue at drop off, while all I had to do in the end was to drop the paper work and the keys.

Cons: I was going to arrive late for my collection & called (many times) as instructed on the voucher, but they never answered. I arrived at 22:55, the agent was there, but wanted a 150 Euro late pick up fee (voucher does not detail this). I said that I'd called them and he told me they never answer the phone during working hours! I refused the extra fee, found a hotel for £65 with taxi and collected the car the next day, ok for me, but if you're with dependants, you've little choice but to pay.

Pros: This feedback is for DiscoverCars I booked a vehicle for 11pm pick via DiscoverCars. Rent Plus only has normal working hours until 10pm. Therefore I have incurred 150 Euros charge on the spot, straight away, for booking via your website as a result on top. That's additional 60% more than what was quoted on your website. If this was made clear to me I would have not gone ahead with the rental at this time.

Cons: Even though, according to the rental conditions, the rental included road assistance and basic insurance, at the rental desk we were forced to buy additional insurance on the amount of 450 Euros (the entire rental cost was 167 Euros). We took the risk and did not buy the insurance that the representative insisted on. He kept telling that the conditions on the voucher are DiscoverCars conditions and not RentPlus. Again, never again, not through DoscpveCars nor Rent Plus.

Cons: The deceiving nature of FULL PROTECTION I purchased. It wasn't a full coverage at all and I only wasted money as I had to purchase the actual full coverage at the rental agency counter.

Cons: Refund payment has taken over two weeks and I had to contact to DiscoverCars, because of it. Also the official at the Rent Plus Prague Airport lied that they will compensate the payment, if I return the car earlier. I returned the car three days earlier. Compensating didn't happen and they made false excuses why they could not do it.

Cons: They did not want to check the car over upon return whilst I was present, but after I had left. I questioned this and they said that's what they do. But what happens if the car is damaged after I leave it? It's their word vs mine. Would not use them again because of this.

Pros: Very bad. The price did not match with what was stated in our reservation and the car rental agents tried getting a bigger price (even the amount of deposit varied from one agent to another and they would have taken more than stated if I woudn´t have realized it and payed attention to it).

Problems with payment (they tried getting more money than stated in our reservation, even though we had added all the extras beforehand) and they didn't give any instruction (for finding the car or using it), just trowed us the keys). - Dropping of the car service was good.

Cons: The attendant was rude and behaved very condescendingly. He scared us by claiming that the insurance purchased through the website was useless, and that we had wasted our money because it wouldn't work.The attendant at the second counter was also mistreated, and I think the entire building heard it because the salesperson was practically shouting at him. The additional payment we had to make on the spot was offered to us either by card for 70 euros or in cash for 95 euros! Very unprofessional
