Pros: Great service (Martin). No problems were posed when I returned the car. Car in great condition. Good prices.
Cons: when I wanted to change things about the reservation I could net get you by phone. I could not wait until someone will answer, but was told to leave my phone number and name. I tried that, but then it asks me again, like the details i provided were not registered. For a traveler with limited calls, this is really frustrating. In addition releasing and returning from the 8th floor is really challenging…

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 715.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Winter tires, Third Party Liability (TPL), Public Liability Insurance (PLI), Personal Accident Insurance, Airport surcharge, Premium Location fee, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 22.
Maximum rental age is 99 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 71.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): EU countries.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
