Cons: Everything was totally ok with the car. However when I took it from the airport, I firstly recieved a car from a lower level (Skodia Karoq) with was too small to me. Only when I turned back to reception asking why I got this car, the representitive immediatly gave me a Hyundai Tucson which was ok. But why I had to come back and ask for it?

Pros: The car was brand new, Staff is professional and friendly

Cons: The queues were very long at pickup. The location of the dropping point was in a place without any parking

Cons: The only complaint we have is we put on the discover car website we wanted to drop off in the city centre but the car rental company told us this was not possible and we had to return it to the airport meaning we then had to pay for a taxi to take us back to the city.

Pros: Efficient, friendly staff. Changed out my car for one with Apple CarPlay. They got me going very quickly.

Cons: The 1st car I got had no apple CarPlay so I returned it for one that included the app.

I resigned from renting a car with this company. I never got my money back even though it was supposed to be sorted out. I really don't recommend it

Then he left us with an ultimatum, full insurance or nothing. Although, when looking on our purchase the insurance did include things he said it didn't like scratches, road assistant, theft protection

I’d rather that this was made clear when I paid for the rental rather than being told when I collected the car. I wad not the only person caught out by this YOU NEED TO MAKE IT CLEAR even if people are using a third party to rent the car!!!!

Pros: the service was provided by Ren plus s.r.o I got a Hyundai i30 automatic station wagon. A clean new car with a large trunk. Low fuel consumption.

Pros: As always I tried to book VW Golf, got another car by KIA, really enjoyed driving it.

Cons: Car had only 1/4 of the tank full.

Cons: I was not at all satisfied with an attitude of the NUCarrentals agent at the pick up desk who I found very arrogant and unpleasant. I was told by this man in not very nice manner that the additional insurance I paid for during an online booking was not covering their rental cars and therefore if I wanted to be covered correctly I have to take their insurance - which I did and paid additional 125 € .

Insufficient knowledge: Sales representatives provided limited information and failed to mention basic insurance options. Lack of transparency: Unclear cost information during deposit collection, resulting in surprise charges.

Pros: Give me a bigger car because of the kids. The dropping process was fast and without problems.

Cons: What I didn't like is that they didn't have their own desk. A system generated heads-up on similar whereabouts are better off and handy. It's understandable that it's mentioned in small font somewhere within contract which all tourists will overlook.

Cons: I feel I got deceived. I pay on the website a full coverage insurance but when we arrive to the desk the guy told us that means nothing we have to pay to them for their insurance coverage. Not fair at all

Pros: Only the drop-off is efficient, provided that you know that NU and Rent+ share space, because the Prague airport NU doesn’t have a sign in the return area.

Cons: I have some issues with how curt the desk agent was, but by far the worst thing was that every phone number listed on the Prague airport NU was out of service, including the roadside assistance one. Thankfully I didn’t need it, but I did need to ask them a simple question. To get an answer took many days, when it could have taken a minute. I had to use email to the US office NU to get them to find out from the Prague airport NU what the answer was and then get back to me.

Cons: We were pressured by the NUCarrentals rep - once we had found the desk (it was called Budget Rent or something like that) - and he kept insisting that the basic cover we had bought with Carrentals did not cover 'their' car' and that we weren't covered for their car despite what I had in black and white. It would have been easy to spend more money but as I saw we had breakdown cover and basic insurance, and had purchased excess coverage separately, we didn't buy unnecessary cover.

Cons: We had problems with media display. We couldn't use Waze through the centraL display. Once this display stopped to work including looking to the rare side when driving to reverse, fortunately after certain time it return to work.

Cons: I purchased full cover when booked the car on line. When I picked the car up at the airport I was told I had no cover and was sold a Platinum cover which cost more than the car hire. So I actually had 2 x car insurance. What a con.

Cons: I was continually pressurized and forced to buy insurance with exorbitant amount of 1500 Euro. When i denied repeatedly i was forced to deposit 6000 Euro instead of 1200 Euro as was assured by discovercars. I was having limit on my credit card of 5000euro. I had tough time to get it increased. It was clear-cut blackmail to extract 1500 Euro from me. Car was badly damaged. on locking dicky was not getting locked. On unlocking right rear door cud not be opened. Wiper rubber was hard very noisy.

Cons: Scaring customers who have their own excess insurance policy (not purchased at the counter), and making me feel like an idiot that I don’t purchase one. Taking higher deposit as a result of that without prior warning. They were also unable to make it clear what’s actually included in the basic waiver. Car was covered in multiple undocumented damages which were left for me to pick up on and then walk all the way back to have them correct it (great when you have tired 4 year old in a tow).

Cons: Car did not have mandatory equipment as is pharmacy set, vests, warning triangle. I am glad I didn’t need it and police didn’t stop me. Car had broken bumper and it was dirty from inside. Guy at front desk was absolutely unprofessional and he had some stupid questions. After two days I found out that mandatory equipment is missing, so I called rental desk, nobody answered, phone was off. So I called emergency number provided, they told me to buy it by my own. CHECK MANDATORY EQUIPMENT!

Pros: Really quick and professional service at the desk. Almost new car with 11000km. Good instructions how in and out from the parking lot. Fast return of the deposit.

Cons: Wrong charge and impossible to reach them. They ignore any email communication.

Pros: I felt the car was good value overall until I was put under extreme pressure to take the additional insurance which I did not require as in fact I was fully covered - had it not been for this I would have given you a very good rating on everything

Cons: I was ripped off with unnecessary insurance charges by use of extreme scare tactics and being told that if there was any accident I would not even have a basic breakdown or recovery. Not being able to speak Czech and travelling to a mountainous region this left me feeling extreme pressure to take insurance I did not need especially as I had already an all excess insurance policy.

Cons: Took over 2 hours to collect the car due to slow workers. car was a midrange family car but was scratched on most of the panels I took a full video of the car at the start to make sure no charges would come my way as the car was in a bad way. Other companies in the same location offered the same price but the customers had to wait at most 20 mins to be seen and get the car not the 2 hours I had to wait.

Cons: In Prague I have rented from RentPlus many times. Their website is awful, so I looked for alternatives. I found alternatives and rented a car from Nu Car Rentals. I could not see the rental desk because with one man standing at the RentPlus desk the Nu Car sign was obscured and I had to make a 'phone call. grrr!. If the confirmation had said go to the RentPlus desk, there would have been no problem. The car was great.
