Cons: The company forced me to get an international driver's license, the first time in my life and I rent a car in Europe many times. I had to pay another 68 dollars for this license. In addition, it said border crossing would cost 50 dollars, they took 55 euros from me. I asked about extended insurance, they wanted 600 euros for the insurance!!!

Only when I turned back to reception asking why I got this car, the representitive immediatly gave me a Hyundai Tucson which was ok. But why I had to come back and ask for it?

Cons: I was not at all satisfied with an attitude of the NUCarrentals agent at the pick up desk who I found very arrogant and unpleasant. I was told by this man in not very nice manner that the additional insurance I paid for during an online booking was not covering their rental cars and therefore if I wanted to be covered correctly I have to take their insurance - which I did and paid additional 125 € .

Cons: I have some issues with how curt the desk agent was, but by far the worst thing was that every phone number listed on the Prague airport NU was out of service, including the roadside assistance one. Thankfully I didn’t need it, but I did need to ask them a simple question. To get an answer took many days, when it could have taken a minute. I had to use email to the US office NU to get them to find out from the Prague airport NU what the answer was and then get back to me.

Cons: We were pressured by the NUCarrentals rep - once we had found the desk (it was called Budget Rent or something like that) - and he kept insisting that the basic cover we had bought with Carrentals did not cover 'their' car' and that we weren't covered for their car despite what I had in black and white. It would have been easy to spend more money but as I saw we had breakdown cover and basic insurance, and had purchased excess coverage separately, we didn't buy unnecessary cover.

It was clear-cut blackmail to extract 1500 Euro from me. Car was badly damaged. on locking dicky was not getting locked. On unlocking right rear door cud not be opened. Wiper rubber was hard very noisy.

Cons: Scaring customers who have their own excess insurance policy (not purchased at the counter), and making me feel like an idiot that I don’t purchase one. Taking higher deposit as a result of that without prior warning. They were also unable to make it clear what’s actually included in the basic waiver. Car was covered in multiple undocumented damages which were left for me to pick up on and then walk all the way back to have them correct it (great when you have tired 4 year old in a tow).

After two days I found out that mandatory equipment is missing, so I called rental desk, nobody answered, phone was off. So I called emergency number provided, they told me to buy it by my own. CHECK MANDATORY EQUIPMENT!

Cons: Took over 2 hours to collect the car due to slow workers. car was a midrange family car but was scratched on most of the panels I took a full video of the car at the start to make sure no charges would come my way as the car was in a bad way. Other companies in the same location offered the same price but the customers had to wait at most 20 mins to be seen and get the car not the 2 hours I had to wait.

Pros: easy check in and the guy was polite and spoke great English.

Cons: All good but perhaps run a loyalty scheme as i travel to Czech lots as we have a place there and family, I would use you again and again

Cons: When you pick the car up it should be straight forward.The things you booked with the car like navagtion system and insurance where included in the price online.When you go to pick the car up you end up doing this all over again with a different price.Book online with what you need like nav-system told the final cost pay for it then pick the car up and be on your way There you go all thru that again and different cost,why should someone book online.Wasting your time

Cons: The car was very dirty inside and looks like previous user smoked one tone of cigarettes inside the car, totally disgusting.

Cons: In Prague I have rented from RentPlus many times. Their website is awful, so I looked for alternatives. I found alternatives and rented a car from Nu Car Rentals. I could not see the rental desk because with one man standing at the RentPlus desk the Nu Car sign was obscured and I had to make a 'phone call. grrr!. If the confirmation had said go to the RentPlus desk, there would have been no problem. The car was great.

Cons: The office worker were right on the "ball" when they heard my concerns about the website glitch
