Pros: 1. Good pick-up and drop-off procedure. 2. Clean and good car condition.

Cons: 1. Very strange demand to provide translation of my driver licence by on-line company, given by themselves and which not provide official translation (noted on their site). Cost for this "translation" 70 USD. 2. Very difficult to communicate with the company (both telephones numbers no answered, even this one for emergency use).

Pros: the car condition was good; I like the car which they provide me.

Cons: I was unexpectedly required to obtain an international driving permit online, despite having used my Turkish license for rentals in Prague without issue. Additionally, I was informed at the counter that a minimum insurance fee of €160 was mandatory to proceed with the rental. These hidden costs and last-minute requirements create unnecessary stress and delay. Clear communication in advance would greatly improve the customer experience.

Cons: I thought when I booked that I had complete insurance cover, only to find it would require an additional £230 to actually have this. It would help to make this more transparent. Less so but also an observation, £1000 security deposit seemed excessive. However, overall good experience and would use again

Pros: Their web/app site warns against highway tolls. The desk guys are communicative and the return guides are patient navigating to the right parking place. Cannot asses how fair is their post-return technical check yet.

Cons: Knowingly handed to us a car with resin stains and stated that in the car assessment form, a form which they tucked in the envelope with the car registration card. Gave us a GPS navigation device with loose charging contact, and on return gave us another faulty device. Forgot to give me a 'promised' ticket to leave the parking gate. Emergency phone in contract is a towing service only, does not help with other traffic/rental queries. No warning against charge for tunnels. No reply to my 2emails.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: We felt as customers we were being taken advantage of. The fee for rent was higher than at booking and on the top of that they charged very expensive insurance. Our car rental was around $600 for 10 days but the insurance was over $800. As we almost yearly travel to Prague and are in a need of a car, we most definitely will not rent from Rent Plus ever again.

Cons: Didn’t check the car on return which I found bizarre as if there was any issues or dispute I would then have to deal with it from abroad which wouldn’t be ideal however I returned the car without any damage and full deposit had been refunded next day 👍

Cons: whilst our fault... our inbound flight was delayed passed the desk closing time of 10pm. I called in advance to be told that there would be someone at the desk until 1am. We arrived after 00.30 and the desk was closed and locked up. It wasn't a show stopper and we got an Uber to hotel and back for thr desk opening time in the morning
