Pros: Very good. The agents for pick up and drop off were very polite and helpful. A pleasure to deal with.

Cons: The only issues were the car being parked on the 11th floor and the motorway pass being an extra cost. Everything else was brilliant.

Pros: The single advantage is that the agent was wait us and explain part of details related to car deflects...

Cons: The car (skoda kodiaq, sport line) was very bad choice for me since the operation system which control A/C, music, reverse camera were not work 80% of our trip (one week). The rent car company provided this car with all critical (for me) issues and didn't tell me the true during a pickup. Not recommend!

Pros: They were great at keeping what I expected and understanding and writing down damages that was there before and expalined everything well. Especially handing in the car went very smoothly and Dan was great. Went fast ang got my deposit cancelled quick. They didn´t try to sell insurance so hard when they saw I already had one.

Cons: When I picked out the car I wanted to check for damages and the guy seemed a little stressed which made us a little stressed. Finding their desk was not the easiest, litte better signings at the airport.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 800.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Premium Location fee, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 22.

Maximum rental age is 99 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 71.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): EU.

Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
Deposit and deductible policy

Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Snow chains, Wi-Fi.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.


Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Diesel vehicles are available only by request upon arrival.
Additional information
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.11 to 31.03.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 59 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
