WheeGo at Prague Airport

Pros: Great new car, nice guys, clearly explained, fair on return car chekcing.

Cons: Had to wait 30mins for the car on arrival.

Cons: Unprofessional guy try to sell us additional car insurance, cost £40 a day which is more than what I've paid to rent the car, not nice to take advantage of the tourist , I will definitely not be using WeeGo rental any more.

Cons: The company scammed me 600 euros for damages I did not do. Nobody at the drop off, so I took pictures of the van in perfect condition. The next morning I receive pictures with damages. Something happened out of my rental and the 2 sets of photos at a different time are different. Which makes the check out protocol invalid. Big scam.

Pros: They are located outside the terminal, but they offer pickup and drop off which was even more convenient then renting a car inside the terminal.

Pros: Car was good and clean

Cons: They canceled my order without notifiying me. I had a phone call with them 2 weeks earlier where i got confirmation that the car i booked was in order.

Pros: Good, almost new car. Courteous representatives.

Cons: The office is off the airport. A shuttle is provided but it took us some time to find it. Shuttle vans are not a the Marriot hotel, but across the street from the hotel. Also, they are not labeled WheeGo, but rather simply "Go". We had to walk around to find the shuttle.

Pros: Excellent customer service, free and timely airport shuttle, car almost new.

Cons: Charged me 200 euros for a scratch. Not a deep one, made by one of the bags on a bumper. Because I didn’t made the insurance with them, but with you.

Cons: The way the Full insurance coverage was handled and sold is a joke. I was under the impression that I purchased REAL FULL coverage for the entire trip. At the counter, I had to pay $60 extra to be able to go to outside the renting country. This was missrepresented during the reservation process. Additionally, the "full coverage" was a joke. Covered for max of $3,200, with $1,000 deductible? For theft, damages, etc on a new car??? I will probably rent elsewhere only because of this.

Pros: The representatives were great! The car was very fuel efficient. However, they are not in or near the airport. I was shocked at the price, and I was not told that the cat had to be back at the time I thought my flight would arrive. It was delayed, however they rushed me to return the vehicle.

Cons: When I arrived in Prague late at night, the price was not what I was told I’d owe. I was asked for an $800.00 US dollars deposit (even though I had a credit card).Then they let the deposit go, but I had to pay for full coverage.

Cons: Got ripped off (€200/-) for a small scratch on the wheel

Cons: Me as a driver didn’t have master card(only debit card), and wanted to use one of the other travellers card (for deposit), and used some time sorting this out. But we sorted it out :)

Cons: We arrived about 1/2 hour before the scheduled return and nobody was there! Upon renting the car, nobody advised about this situation. We had to pay to call the company to find out what to do.
