Pros: It went fast and smoothly and the agent was kind and helpful

Cons: The car had around 17 findings/ damages in the protocol, almost impossible check all of them. During the drop-off imposible to make sure that the findings on the car are new or the original. The car also had some interier burn, which has not been seen diring the pick up and during drop off they charged me. Fortunately I got a full coverage insurance, which is strongly recommended!!

Pros: Professional staff member on pickup. Very clear and detailed explanation about the process. Described the differences between basic and full insurance but did not pressure or try to trick into taking full. Received the car i ordered (Octavia Combi) but actually an upgraded model (RS)! Straightforward return (meticulous but fair examination of car condition).

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Loss Damage Waiver (damage deductible: € 1000.00), Third Party Liability (TPL), Vehicle registration fee, Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 24.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, EU.

Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
A digital driver's license will not be accepted — you must bring your physical driving license.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.11. to 31.03.
Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.

The vehicle must be returned in an acceptably clean condition in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 59 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
