Pros: Excellent staff on the desk at collection and return. All charges and procedures were explained clearly.
Cons: The car had a cigarette end inside when we collected the car however we did not score any lower because of this. These things happen from time to time.

Pros: Nothing, we found the sales reps only interested in an upgrade.
Cons: Really high deposit, slow return of deposit. Still waiting to receive it. The immediate attempt to upgrade and telling us that we can’t fit all the luggage into the car we have reserved when we knew we could. Charged us 20 Euros extra for Montecarlo edition, what we believed was the same car originally reserved. When we got to the car it was not a Montecarlo edition.

Pros: Easy, quick. Good car.
Cons: The problem is the deposit - 1000 EUR - the company is holding the deposit on the card for following 20 days!!!! It is big problem for me now, because I need that money. It is written in the conditions, but they really should tell this to the people before they borrow the car. That 20 days are unacceptable!

Driver requirements
