Cons: Was written on booking firm that it would be meet and greet however a text was sent prior to departure to explain where they are located which was only a couple of hundred meters away from airport gates.

Pros: The guy that served us at Kefalonia airport was brilliant. Gave us pool toys for the kids and allowed us to pay for petrol when we returned the car as the local petrol station’s cars machine was out of order. He then allowed us to park at the airport and walked to collect the car so we didn’t have to haul our luggage. Just meeting this guy made us love Kefalonia

Pros: I was very impressed with the both the car and the service. The price was the best I could find for a small car, and I was expecting it to be a bit old and/or in poor condition, but far from it - just 10K Km on the clock and in very good condition. Suited me perfectly, and was not grossly under powered like many small cars (Fiat Panda). Pick up and return where both straightforward, and there was no hard sell on additional insurance (I had my own additional cover so it's not needed).

Cons: Nothing. They were flexible, responsive, and delivered exactly what I wanted. I often hire cars abroad, and their service was on a par with the best, at a very good price.

Pros: Service from the staff was excellent. Car was in good condition, only real problem with car was air conditioning would only work on full blast or off!

Cons: Not met at the airport as expected. We had to walk out of the airport grounds and down a small track to find the rental office, this wasn’t great with a small child and luggage. Baby seat that was provided wasn’t in the best condition so had to be cleaned when we arrived at our accommodation and we found when removing was fitted into car totally incorrect.

Pros: Very friendly , efficient , well prepared and keen to help. There was no effort to try to get you to upgrade the hire car or to try and sell you something you didn’t need or want . Altogether a very happy and satisfying experience ! We’ll done RENT CAR CEPHELONIA . I’d definitely use them again

Cons: Nothing really ! Although , I did find it quite difficult to find reception in the dark . The plane was quite late in arriving but there was no argument and the office stayed open . Really good !

Pros: Great communications before, very friendly service at pick up, and great car for our needs. Loved that when we turned up close to their closing time for the car pick up we were greeted by "And... relax. There is no hurry!"

Pros: Very friendly staff, no delays. I have received a text the day before to confirm if everything is OK and with instructions on how to find the rental office. We were given map as well as some tips on what to see :) And an all neede umbrella (for sun) was included as well!
