Ok Mobility at Menorca Airport

Cons: Having paid for total cover, the car was dirty, the braking system seemed faulty

Cons: Too much time wainting for the transfer and pick up of the car at the office where was only one agent for too many clients.

Pros: Nothing. It was a disaster from the moment we waited for the shuttle bus in the airport parking lot until we arrived home, after our vacation, and found out we were being charged 500€ for damaged we didn't cause

Cons: Everything. They are scammers, they want to get money from you at all costs, they will make you sign papers without explaining what it is, and in the end they will cause damage to the car after you drop it off

Pros: The desk agent was really nice!

Cons: We got the car after 2,5 hours’ waiting due to a “system problem”. Notwithstanding, the contract reported our reservation time and not the real one.

Pros: They assigned me a higher-end car (they did not have the category that I hired).

Cons: The car has a few scratches, the pick-up of the car was terrible (more than an hour) and the agents put fear and pressure into contracting products with them, insurance, fuel, etc. When I returned the car they told me that it was very dirty and that perhaps they would take some of my deposit. I have given the vehicle normal use, but if you visit beaches and nature (something normal in Menorca) the floor of the car gets dirty.

Cons: It was very busy and it took quite a long time to pick up the car, despite the fact that I filled in all my details online beforehand. The drop-off was also chaotic. Maybe more staff are required during these very busy periods?

Pros: Terrible experience

Pros: Great clean and practically new vehicle. Very efficient online and in-person service. All staff at pick up and return were very helpful and friendly. It was a pleasure using you.

Cons: This company are out to make additional money out of customers. They put a lot of pressure on me to purchase their full insurance, even though I had full cover through Discover Cars (the broker). They tried to say that my full cover with discover cars would not cover everything. They advised that each scratch, even if not caused by me, would incur a charge of 400euro, and that if there was an accident, even if not caused by me, the car would be taken away and not replaced. Very bad.

Cons: The employer Carlos work in One Mobility Minorca picking up was not polite

Pros: Got a very new higher grade car than booked.

Cons: Numerous marks on car although told there were none. This delayed departure from hire venue as had to take photos and get rep to inspect. Rep said issues were noted but none appeared on contract form a copy of which was not e mailed until I contacted OK mobility the next day.

Cons: Crap service from airport to collection. Will never use again or recommend.

Pros: Perfect service. Everything was on time, pickup and drop off. Car was hybrid and economical to drive. Very clean. Agents were all very pleasant, professional and helpful. Highly recommend.

Cons: Charged me 50 Euros for returning the car an hour EARLY!!!!

Cons: -The time to spend waiting to get the car, even if you have checked in previously. - Cars aren't totally tested before the handing (I needed to contact an employee before leaving because it showed low air pressure)

Cons: 2 hour queue to collect. Overall car rental cost very expensive in Menorca

Cons: I try to pay more 2 hours extra, to stay with the car overdue to the change schedule of my flight and didn’t allow that, even thought they have plenty of cars available. They were rude with me and I was not pleased with that.

Pros: Clean, new car. Relatively easy pick-up. Super easy drop-off.

Cons: Only one shuttle to the off-airport premises. Poorly organized - other people cut us in line. Long line at the checkout.

Pros: After the complains, they were kind.

Cons: 1. Car pick-up is not at the airport, a shuttle takes you (and your people) to the company office (ten minute? drive) after waiting your turn for a while as there are a couple(?) of 8 sits shuttles. 2. We rented a Nissan Qashqay and they hadn't any. They first attempted to give us a car from a lower category than hired (SEAT ARONA) and after complaining and three employees had told us it was the same category, a supervisor admitted the right category car was a SEAT ATECA.

Pros: I liked that I walked away and found a better car hire company around the corner.

Cons: Scam rates on insurance.

Pros: After their sales pitch they didn't bother me with it too much after I declined.

Cons: Hidden charges at OK rent a car Menorca such as additional cost for breakdown cover. They also tried to up sell me their insurance and tried to persuade me away from the discover insurance that I had already paid for.

Cons: The damage on the car was not logged prior to pick-up. It seemed like a bit of a trap as there was damage to every corner, front and back and an alloy. Without excess insurance, if I had not have picked up on this I think I would have been greeted with a claim.

Pros: Quick collection at Menorca airport. Agent at check-in desk was very pleasant,efficient and professional.

Cons: Very long wait at check-in desk.Waited 1.5 hours to be seen. System they use is that you check car yourself for damage then return to desk with the form which agent signs off and this adds to the time one has spent at the office.

Pros: Price,condition of car ,professionalism,speed of service.

Cons: All was good,no negatives.

Pros: I’m absolutely furious, when I returned the car they tried to say there was a small mark low down on the car and that I had done it. They park the cars so close together so when you’re doing the checks you can’t get a good visual on the car and the lower half is shaded or the sun is shining on the car you can’t see any defects. This part of the car was so low down that I didn’t see it, any excuse to try take your money.

Cons: After that experience, nothing! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! When I picked up the car they not only wanted 1200 euros for potential accident cover but they also wanted an additional 250 euros as an excess, I’m not sure what the difference is there to me but it’s a crazy amount to hire a car that cost 130 euros for a week. Personally it’s cheap so they can rip you off!
