Pros: 1st time we’ve used them but would not use again . Drop off was carnage / no organisation/rude staff with no care if flights were missed

Cons: Car was full of chips, scratches and dents . Had to return car a few days later as it was making a wining noise from the front wheel area . They seem too bothered and said it was ok after a short test drive

Cons: Our booking was cancelled because our flight time was incorrectly noted. We arrived on the correct day but they cancel the booking if three hours late. The car was still ready and waiting but we lost our initial deposit. Very annoying as we booked through discover cars and got no warning or notifications

Cons: The agent in the car collection was very unhelpful. We hired a VW T-Cross or similar, and we generally know you tend to get similar, but when we queried the car and asked about a T-Cross we were told they had 1 available but it would cost 50€ more, even after we pointed out that it what we actually booked. The agents also don’t check the car over you, then have the check to say there’s a small scratch on the rear bumper, then we showed them our video of car on collection, then they said OK.

Cons: Car provided was not aligned with the category description (Kia Stonic vs VW T-Roc). Administration fee for fine management is way too expensive (50EUR)

Pros: Long time waiting at the airport as the driver of the bus did not stop to pick up passengers the first time. We then had to ring the office number twice to see when the next bus would come. Overall waited 50 minutes at the airport for a shuttle bus when they should come every 10. Were then told that we were not covered to the extent we thought we were when booked through discover cars. Terrible experience.

Quand nous sommes allés les voir le lendemain ils nous on dit que les horaires sur leurs documents étaient inexacts...et qu'ils étaient "sorry" Leur plate-forme téléphonique est catastrophique même des locaux

No issues and no demand for idl. Personel in counter was rude and unhelpfull. Only coment was to call their call center. Trted 12 times unsuccessfully. Fortunately customer servoce of discovery did amswer. Ended leasing a car directly in the airport as nobody but the lady in the couter of click rent demanded idel

Cons: The interior glass was very dirty and affected vision when the sun was low. Should be cleaned more often.

Cons: Shuttle bus is infrequent and only fits 8 people. Wait on arrival was a bit long. At drop-off was lucky and shuttle was leaving just as I finished return, but difficult to time it well for departing flight.

Cons: The lack of clarity surrounding transfer procedure, the wait time for collection to take us to the depot, the wait time for collection of the vehicle, the friendliness of the staff, the wait time for returning the rental. In total I spend 3 hours of my holiday collecting and dropping off the rental. This simply is unacceptable versus their and your compeditors.

Pros: Good value for money Service was efficient however I was asked to prove that a certain damaged paintwork was not my doing. It was a good job I took a full video of the car’s condition at the first point of collection otherwise I am sure I would have been accused of it’s damage. But all in all it proves that both Click and myself took the correct precautions to justify a correct outcome! I will use click again for sure.

The attitude of my representative was not in keeping with normal hospitality values. I will not be using discovercars again and will not be advising anyone to go near Click& Rent

Cons: It was not clear that the card you pay with has to be the same CREDIT card you are going to use to give a deposit. That was a huge mistake because they could not change the name of the person that did the booking and we could not give another card. We had to cancel and we lost all our money on that booking.

Cons: Atención al cliente desagradable y con prepotencia. Estafa porque te hacen pagar un seguro extra de 105 € por la cara al no tener tarjeta de crédito (que nadie suele tener la normal es la de debito), en caso tenerla te retienen la friolera de 1050 euros. Nos dieron el único coche que no tenía pantalla táctil porque lo comprobamos con los demás coches que veíamos de la empresa y además no correspondía con el que contratamos si no que era inferior. Lo contratamos porque no nos quedaba otra.

Cons: Click rent is really far away from AirPort, only one person can drop off the car (unferstand, that it's due to COVID) but it's really strange take to the aiport husband first and than ride 10 mins to Click rent office.. And after drop off waiting there about 15mins for microbus and another 10 mins go back to airport again.. we travel very often but have never encountered such bad system as here was. they gave us the broken car - claimed they didn't have others. After urging, found new one.

Cons: Dear DiscoverCarHire, Please consider below as an offical complain about Click&Rent Menorca. During the pick-up we were given an unacceptably dirty, and awful conditions car. My request for a different, at least a bit better condition and cleaner car was refused with a reason: "we are sorry, we can't change it", though there were several cars same class on the parking, clean and good looking. I hereby request an official answer with reason on my request for a different car refusal.

Cons: It was not readily apparent where to find the shuttle at the airport, a sign would have been good. The rental place is 10min away by shuttle. Agents were nice but it took forever to actually pick up the car. I was charged extra for returning after hours (6:30am) because the rental place didn't open until 8am. Rental place hours didn't make sense considering the number of early morning flights from Menorca.

Cons: At Click &Rent dest I had to pay additional €30 even if my invoice and confirmation were state PAID £13.58 OUTSTANDING TO PAY AT DESK £25.55 or €28.23 TOTAL COST £39.13 HAD TO PAY AT DESK €58.23!!!!! NOT FAIR AT ALL.
