Cons: Damage on vehicle but not disclosed on paperwork. Took photos myself to cover me and i did need these or i would have been charged. Car issued to me with no inspection,just paperwork showing no damage anywhere

Cons: The Citroen car developed a temporary fault (failure of onboard computer, so no speed/fuel indications etc). This was known to be a fault, so Citroens should not be used.

Cons: The need for a shuttle bus from the airport, but it was a short journey.

Pros: they were very kind and honest. We called once because we wanted to change the time to drop the car and they answered, they changed the time without any problems.

Pros: Straight forward collection process. Drop off was super easy too. The car was almost brand new, and was full of tech, which made driving around the island easy. The shuttle bus to/from the airport was every 5/10 minutes so we did not have to wait long.

Cons: Keys were handed over without any demonstration/overview of the car, which would've been useful given we'd also hired a car seat which we had to fit ourselves. The assistant tried to sell us additional insurance cover when we had already bought extra cover, but it wasn't the hard sell attempt it could have been.

Cons: pour le retour la personne présente ce jour là le 27/05 a 6h était exécrable. Avec toutes les personnes présentes. Sûrement débordées par le nombre de véhicule qui revenaient à cette heure là. Renseignements sur les horaires d ouverture le.matin. Point pas très bien indiqué à l aeroport.

Was apprehensive about using an 'off-site' service but easy to find the collection point outside the airport, a number of staff there to check you in and direct you to a van. Quick five mins drive to the office to collect car. Really quick process, had booked Toyota Yaris but was given Skoda Kamiq which is much bigger and great for us as a family. Car spotless. Drop off seamless too, quick lift in van back to airport. Would 100% recommend Autos Menorca and use again!

Cons: Took me an hour of queuing at the airport car park to get a shuttle to get the car. Shuttles are too infrequent or too small. Little explanation at the time. Got the keys eventually, check in desk worker wasn’t friendly. Told me the car could be in one of three bays. Was in none of them. I had to go searching the car park bays on both sides to find it. Car was very clean inside, but a bit muddy outside. No damage that I could see at least.

Cons: Forced to buy excess insurance because I did not possess a credit card. The two things are not linked and it is a cheap trick on consumers. I paid 90euros for insurance I did not want or need just because I do not keep a credit account. Very pissed off.

Cons: We didn’t fly until very late in the evening on our last day. Our car wasn’t big enough to fit all of our cases. I asked if we could leave or at the rental office for the day but was told that is not possible. Given how big your office is it is a service you might like to consider- I would happily have paid a few euros for it.

Cons: The collection was terrible. We queued for a long time outside in the heat with no information. There were two separate queues but this wasn’t clear. Having found the correct queue we waited for a shuttle bus which took nearly an hour. Once we arrived at the office it was efficient but the shuttle service was terrible. Returning the car was easy.

Cons: The pickup was a bit difficult people were just wandering around the carpark not knowing where to go ... needs clearer instructions but 3 x minibusses arrived to transport us to the rental desk ... there were 4/5 checkin desks to deal with some 25 people so it took some time... our car wasn't available but there was an option for a smaller car costing an extra 5 euros a day! We were left to check the car ourselves, every panal was damaged so as advised took around 20 pics to cover ourselves

Cons: Like all car rentals - always feel they are out to get you on drop off. Tired to highlight a scratch on driver door. Fortunately a video we took showed it. Clearly been there before and not logged and won’t be logged for the next driver.

Pros: The staff are friendly and explain everything at the beginning. The car was in really good condition and perfect for our needs. It was as described. Once we managed to get hold of someone to return the car, the second part of the return was very easy.

Cons: The transfer from the airport was difficult to find initially. Upon returning, it wasn't made clear that we could just go to the desk without waiting in line as there was only 1 line for people picking up cars as well as dropping off cars. This is not convenient for people trying to drop off their cars and catch flights. Their office phone number is not always answered and I was lucky they called me 1st so I had a different number to call. The sat nav goes with menorcan spellings not Spanish.

Pros: I've got a bigger and more comfortable car than I paid for - advantage was having more comfort.

Cons: I've got a bigger and more comfortable car than I paid for - disadvantage, because I wanted as smallest car as possible because of of those tiny roads of Menorca. Car has also several damages ale around the body, also some ones which wasn't marked in the document, so I had to take a pictures and check out whole car to be sure, ten explain by dropping off the car, that it's not my damage - deffinitelly not convenient process.

Pros: Very kind people, I had a problem, caused by me, and rental company did a pleasant job to help me to solve, and at the end we found a perfect solution.
