Pros: Very prompt going out. Could not have been better. Excellent.
Cons: Couldn't find agent on return. Waited for ten minutes then posted keys in box. Just then she turned up and was not happy I had posted keys. Pointed our damage on front bumper , but fortunately I had picture of that damage on my phone when I picked up the car and checked it. Disappointing return, but of course she may have been busy.

Cons: Difficult to find the car in the car park, numbers weren't consecutive. Difficult to get in and out of the car park, didn't have a ticket and the QR code on the key didn't work

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1600.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.

Deposit and deductible policy
A separate fuel deposit is required when collecting the vehicle.
If the customer takes the following extra equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), then an additional amount of deposit will be held on their credit card.
Optional extras and services
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.
Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
Additional charges will be applied.
Booked extras are not guaranteed. All extras are subject to availability at the rental counter.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 29 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
