Cons: Spent more than 1 hour to collect the car apparently due to a system problem. Got an ‘upgrade’ as compensation but ended up with a worse car (ordered Mercedes, got a bad quality MG) full of damages. At drop-off they asked me to sign without telling me that they added 2 new damages. Luckily I asked. Damages were either not there or was already there from pick up which I could proof by photos taken earlier. I will never rent again from this company

The maximum rental period per agreement is 28 days. If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
