Pros: Vehicle had more than 80K km on it. It was damaged on two different places. Lots of scratches all over the vehicle. Paint coming off. The owner had bad attitude & worse behavior I have ever seen. The Iversta owner could not agree with his own agent regarding condition of the vehicle. The owner does not trust his own agents.
Cons: Nothing I would appreciate.

Pros: Excellent. Email comms direct was easy and made for an even better holiday.
Cons: Slight miscalculation on child seats, but cleared up at office reasonably quickly.
