Pros: I knew it was an off airport rental company, so the time to pick up the car was still good given the off site location. The young lady was SUPER helpful and kind. Very welcoming and informative. Walked around the car marking the scratches and dents already there. Previously with “bigger” companies I’ve had to do that independently and then if anything different then what was on file, I had to take photos then walk back to the desk inside airport and wait in line to discuss. Zoom was better!

Cons: It was all good. The location has actually moved from the hotel plaza to the next block, I had to walk a little further with my cases when I dropped car off. But still very close.

Pros: Dodgy. Very dodgy. Refused to send shuttle over and ended up I had to call Uber

Cons: The car had many scratches and was not in a great condition. Also the office work hours are till 18:00 while Airport arrivals are 24/7. My artival got delayed. And although I paid for after hours 110$) no one was in the office at 22:00 and I had to pay uber twice to get to hotel and got the car only next day. They also charged extra for car being in different province part of my trip. They compensated me with 30$ but it was not close to cover 110 over hours I paid for and uber expances.

Cons: Transfer bus from airport has dirty interior. Charge made for driving out of province , deposit of 1000 dollars taken when 500 stipulated in agreement. No receipt given for additional charges , 23 dollars charged despite being told charge was 10 dollars for driving out of province.

Pros: The rental lot is very far from the airport. It is quite inconvenient to get to from the terminal, also especially if you have a lot of luggage

Cons: Even though advertising a free shuttle, the agency refused to help me get my three suitcases directly to the terminal (and told me to get a cab) but the driver himself made a special trip. Thanks to him.

Cons: The workers at the front desk rude and unprofessional. Walked away from me in mid conversation and car was dirty inside.

Pros: They were really understanding that Discover Cars were not honouring my original payment and although they couldn't put a second driver on without me having to pay again, they were not charging me the additional $10 a day that Discover was saying that I would be charged.

Cons: Zoom was great. The service was good, they are responsive on the phone and answered all my questions. The only reason I'm not putting 10 for value for money for rental car is because I ended up having to pay for the second driver again at $7 x 7days + HST more than I was supposed to, given that I already added the optional $5 x7days in Discover's booking form online.

Pros: The representative told me that I didn't need to purchase collision insurance because he could tell I had coverage from my type of credit card.

Cons: The front desk receptionist is extremely ryde, impatient, and generally a poor customer service rep. She brought your company down from what could have been a great referral from us as we have a large family as well as company that requires a lot of travel. She needs to understand that when people come from out of province or from other car rental providers, rules and steps are different. A little patience and friendly explanation goes a long way.

Cons: We were given a vehicle with a crack on the windshield. On asking for replacement he denied having other cars and also comments "it's not as if the windshield will shatter or something". Also Ontario drivers have a cap of 200 Kms but agreement says unlimited that's misleading.

Cons: There were hidden charges that was not listed on the website. Out of province was not cover, I have pay extra $15 for the three days. Unlimited mileage was listed on the website, but was decline once the vehicle is out of the province. It only gave 200km per day. I have pay extra $60 for exceeding the mileage.

Pros: They were friendly and efficient.

Cons: The car did have a bit of an odour but some of that was obviously cleaning products.

Cons: Car was given with fuel tank half full, how am i supposed to return it exactly the same? Ended up returning the car with more fuel. Not good.

Cons: Ask for private auto policy number on line not at counter so have to scramble to get and if can’t get have to get there insurance.
