Pros: Once I found the area where the cars were, I asked about the insurance I had purchased and I was not impressed to find out that I did not purchase it from Hertz. I had found out that my own insurance policy covered rental cars and I wanted to use that. But was informed I had to contact the place I purchased it from: I thought I bought it from Hertz! That should be highlighted or even mentioned to clients prior to looking for coverage.

Cons: Seemed to be in a rush!! I felt like I was being herded to the car. Attendant took paperwork and walked over to the car, never said anything and placed the paperwork on the car. I asked which car was mine and he said, just pick one and walked away. He told me nothing about the car couldn’t use the dome light, could not figure out how to do it.

Pros: it was no nonsense.

Cons: one of the rear seat safety belts didn't work. That was a real issue when I had two rear seat passengers. Also at pick up they had closed their main desk and we had to find their dispatch office in the car park without any clear directions
