Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: Vehicle type booked was not initially available (informed that it was due to late returns) - had to return to the rental office around of a couple of hours later to collect the right vehicle.
Cons: I had forgotten to tell them when I took the car back hay the windshield was very dirty. Driving against the sun made it nearly impossible to see. So I cleaned it. That’s something I’d suggest has to be made sure is clean before people get a car.
Pros: Cost effective. Fast pickup.
Cons: Online check in doesn't work. Online Request for shuttle did not work and there was no answer (only voice-mail) when calling for shuttle pickup. Also, I did not get a Nissan or Toyota as expected, but instead received a Volkwagen which I did not like.
Pros: Fast service and a good car
Cons: their location is problematic. Coming from the airport, to get or return a car, I need to take a train, and then wait for the shuttle. with the luggage it's uncomfortable.

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 6 month(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental. Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): Australia, Canada, New Zealand, USA, EU countries.
An International Driving Permit is required (in addition to your regular driver license) if the national driver license is not written in the following language(s): English. Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
Learner's permits are not accepted; a full driver's license is required. In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Residents of the following country(ies): Canada, USA, who use their own insurance, will be personally responsible for the full value of the rental vehicle.

Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

In case of renting at the airport location, the customer must provide a valid flight number in order to make a reservation.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
After one rental period ends, 24 hours must pass before the customer can start another rental period.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes. The grace period will be honored only during business hours.
