Pros: RAV 4 - nothing to complain. While returning the car, rental person Ravi was very good.
Cons: While picking up car, certain instructions were missing, also when I called them for some problem, I was expecting return call which did not take place.
Pros: They are friendly, fast, answer their phones, and have a $500 deposit hold in comparison to Routes, for example, which has a $1500 hold or Ways which is at a $1000 hold.
Cons: There was no way to know that Surprice and City Car Truck Rental although listed as different business, share their 28 day limit policy so renting from one then booking at the other is like you never changed rental companies. So it's not made clear to the renter. But that's the only thing. I love City / Surprice. Really give a run for everyone else's money haha.

Cons: Not the company's fault I wish there was a way for the rental to have a transponder, after talking to the manager it was explained that the company that handles the toll roads is the barrier to this

Rental Conditions

Mileage is limited to 200 km per day, with a maximum of 4000 km per month.
The cost for additional mileage (mileage extension) depends on the vehicle type.

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
A digital driver's license will not be accepted — you must bring your physical driving license.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
Debit cards, Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).

Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.

Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.

If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 120 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 120 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
