Pros: This is a very bad car rental company, I choose to leave a message here, is to tell you, do not be deceived. I have three complaints. First, I arrived at the car rental company and was told that the car rental company had not received the order at all. Cons: CAR HAD DAMAGES WHICH MADE ME UNCOMFORTABLE HANDLE AND CAR WAS NOT CLEAN, HANDLE ITSELF WAS STICKY FRONT WINDSHEILD HAD CHIP WHICH WAS PRON TO CRACK FURTHER AND WAS NOT SAFE PLEASE PUT SOME LABLE ON THE TANK WHAT KIND OF GAS IT TAKES AS A CUSTOMER WE DO NOT KNOW BASICS OF ALL THE CAR
Cons: Terms of rental were different than what was indicated online. No support from the people there -just told to contact discover card who were equally as unwilling to help/rectify the situation.

Pros: Terrible!!! Stick with the regular car rental agencies who provide a legitimate confirmation number and customer service! This was a joke!!! Will never reserve a car with them again!

Pros: It is very expensive and lot of hidden charges. Out of province insurance extra mile charges it is a rip off.

Cons: Did not do a thorough job of calculating the rental cost at booking time - missed Quebec fee, didn't show extra mileage rate, misled on "full protection " since we were asked to pay for extra insurance (expensive). Lucky credit card covered this.

Cons: Completely confused service upon pick. They quoted me three different prices - I had to argue to get some clarity on the costs. I then had to pay a $3000 holding payment that I was assured would be returned within 3 - 5 working days. It’s now been a month. I asked them to help me - they said it’s the banks problem. I spoke to the bank - they said it’s the fault of the merchant. Avoid.
Cons: NON HELPFUL. Was passed around and ended up not getting the car. DID NOT EVEN SEET IT. No refund and was hang up on by an agent.

Cons: I was very disappointed by the 2 hour time limit considering you have flight delays, baggage collection, and shuttle. It cost our family one rental and severely impacted our family reunion because of a 20 minute delay.

Cons: They need to tell us that they are in the holiday inn lobby. Easier to get an Uber do there than wait for the feee shuttle
Cons: Horrible Experience!!! No money refund after canceling the payment. Term said unlimited mileage, the company actually charge for the mileage. Gave customer a car with 70,000 km mileage on it. This is not typical rental car company.
Pros: Very polite staff and quick to get me on my way.
Cons: Location, had to catch a bus to pickup car.
Pros: The process was fast, clean interiors and overall driving experience was good.
Cons: The vehicle had moving parts at the front bumper from a previous accident. It didn't affect the overall driving experience of the car but it could be wonderful if the company fix the minor problems before they rent the car to next customer.
Pros: York Car Rental at the Holiday Inn East is who I delt with. 10 Stars
