Cons: Defective and uncleanness 2 tires also loosing pressure every day I booked Standard Suv ask them to replace and get a cross vehicle reason they told all vehicle on workshop .. In the end I say it's a headache to find hub rent car they are not exist they are operating in the name of york car rentel in a very hidden area which have no sign and the entrance was locked..

Cons: Scammers first i selected unlimited km when i got to located it was not and only 200km and i wasn't told its 50 oer km which is totally ridiculous long and everyone i net there was complaining about being rob by these guys ,long short i oaid for one extra day the same price i paid for the two week car rental also 2 hundred dollars plus 28 percent taxes for 370km so in total i paid 500 dollars for one day extra and 370 km ,it seems to be a thing with this company after reading the other reviews

Pros: I had zero problems with my car rental, I recieved a brand new perfectly clean vehicle, service was very friendly and accommodating when I added a day to my rental last minute. Also you can drop your car after hours which is very convenient.

Cons: My flight was delayed 5 times in one day. I arrived to the rental office and it was closed at 8 pm. The documents that I have say that the rental office closes at 10 pm everyday. I need my refund.

Cons: Terms of rental were different than what was indicated online. No support from the people there -just told to contact discover card who were equally as unwilling to help/rectify the situation.

Cons: Completely confused service upon pick. They quoted me three different prices - I had to argue to get some clarity on the costs. I then had to pay a $3000 holding payment that I was assured would be returned within 3 - 5 working days. It’s now been a month. I asked them to help me - they said it’s the banks problem. I spoke to the bank - they said it’s the fault of the merchant. Avoid.

Cons: NON HELPFUL. Was passed around and ended up not getting the car. DID NOT EVEN SEET IT. No refund and was hang up on by an agent.

Cons: I was very disappointed by the 2 hour time limit considering you have flight delays, baggage collection, and shuttle. It cost our family one rental and severely impacted our family reunion because of a 20 minute delay.

Cons: Horrible Experience!!! No money refund after canceling the payment. Term said unlimited mileage, the company actually charge for the mileage. Gave customer a car with 70,000 km mileage on it. This is not typical rental car company.

Pros: Very polite staff and quick to get me on my way.

Cons: Location, had to catch a bus to pickup car.

Pros: The process was fast, clean interiors and overall driving experience was good.

Cons: The vehicle had moving parts at the front bumper from a previous accident. It didn't affect the overall driving experience of the car but it could be wonderful if the company fix the minor problems before they rent the car to next customer.
