Pros: It looks cheap on the original price, the service was good and they were slick, and Car was pretty new which was nice.
Cons: Lots of things really, it took too long to be acknowledged when going into the branch, they were confused at all stages before getting there as we booked Mex and the company is zoom and this confused the person on the airport phone to get the bus and the bus driver, luckily I pushed otherwise would have been left at the airport. Only other slight concern is they took my credit card off me twice and my sight was made me a bit concerned about fraud.
Pros: Nothing!!
Cons: Hidden policies not identified on Discover Cars, unreasonable extras for what most rental companies throw in for free..interior of the car was dirty and had mucus on the seats
Pros: They flexed their policy because it was madness. They tried to argue the situation but eventually came to a fair logic. The car I reserved was sitting there waiting for me so fair play!
Cons: Hard to get too and they’ll charge you for every little thing that they can find. At that point you may as well pay for a real rental car company!
Cons: Alignment of the car pulled to left. Very unsafe. Customer service was terrible.
Cons: Free mileage amount was different from website. Derive reps would not honour terms signed up for which was disappointing
