Pros: Representatives were very pleasant and made it easy to pickup the car. They didn't try to sell you lots of extras aggressively like many other car hire companies.
Cons: Took a long time for the bus to pickup at the airport terminal so that is why marked the score down. Also directions to the pickup at Menorca are not the clearest.
