Cons: The car rental experience through Discover Cars was exceptionally satisfactory. It proved to be the most optimal choice, offering both affordability and convenience. The staff demonstrated commendable friendliness and professionalism throughout the process.

Pros: Car was perfect. Nice people. Got upgrade due to the mess upon arrival.

Cons: Our flight was delayed due to a medical emergency on board which meant we arrived after 9pm. GOBY closes at 9pm which left us stranded at the airport upon arrival. Had to hire a car from another company for one day and return the next morning for the GOBY car.

Cons: Pick up point from the airport badly marked. Seems, that finding minimal scratches (0,5 cm) and claiming 60 eur is their business model...

Cons: You need to provide a receipt from the last gas station. A damage check is the most meticulous I have ever had. It would be best if you buy insurance for the following rent. Ask a tips for transfer. It is not clear where to find a shuttle bus.

Cons: We spent more than a hour when we were picking up the car at the office. It was maybe 5 people before us, but we were waiting really long time. I paid by credit card and they blocked 830€ deposit on my credit card. When we returned the car they told me that money will be unblocked the same day but it can take max 3 working days. Now is already 4. day and money are still blocked.

Pros: Drop off was easy.

Cons: It took a long time to get the car. Only one attendant and a cue of people waiting. I was told I had to pay the insurance fee again, even though I showed confirmation and receipt of insurance payment. The hold on the credit card for the car was quite high.

Pros: El personal es cercano, se estudian tu vuelo para poder coincidir contigo en el aeropuerto sin la necesidad de malentendidos o de esperas innecesarias por ambas partes. Son conscientes de la necesidad del cliente y en el momento de la devolución nos dieron preferencia frente a los que estaban con la recogida, como es lógico. Muy atentas las chicas.

Cons: En el momento del coche me sentí un poco engañada, se que es su faena vender, pero entre que con el coche que has alquilado no vas a poder ir a ningún sitio por las carreteras, si fuese imposible no se estaría alquilando quiero pensar. Y también no se que comentario hicieron que llegué a pensar que me estaban pidiendo que lavase el coche antes de entregarlo o me cobraban un suplemento.

Cons: The car was not cleaned properly. Windscreen wipers were very bad, as well the washer fluid was just water(not the proper solution). Car was not necessarily looked after - big oil leak around the engine (no issues created). Quick bus ride from the airport to the rental office. Overall is 7/10 for the whole.

Cons: On returning the car the agent found a tiny dint in the back side of the car over the wheel practically invisible to the naked eye. She charged us 117 euros for this. We have never had anything like this in all our years of hiring cars. this whole experience has spoilt our holiday!
