Pros: Rented a Fiat Doblo - carried 5 (3 kids) just fine on steep, curvy narrow roads. Checkout took about 15 mins but staff was courteous and helpful. Manual transmission!

Cons: They did not tell me the car had would cutout when the clutch was pressed resulting in many difficult attempts at Hill starts in the dark on the first night. The staff were also rude and unapologetic when I told them on returning the car.

Cons: We waited 30mins to be collected and were spoken to rather rudely when requesting pick up. We then waited nearly 2 hours in the office to actually get the car. We had booked a Hyundai but they only had Nissan Micras and we had been promised an additional driver free of charge but we had to pay £35.

Pros: They were friendly. The car was quite new. They were understanding when I took the car back with another dent.

Cons: The instructions for collecting the car just said to catch the courtesy bus, what I had to do was ring them to get them to come to pick us up. The instructions should have said that. They were quite slow doing the paperwork. The car was damaged in many places.
