Cons: They refuse to give me contract on paper as well as the list with discovered damages of the car, because they were out of toner! No one answered to the phone while trying to find support. I wait more than 40 minutes in a queue, where were people without any booking
Pros: Almost nothing. The agent was polite at least, but they didn't have the car I paid for and refused to alter the price.
Cons: Almost everything. The post said it was at the main terminal but was 3 blocks away. And after walking another 3 blocks and down to -3 parking there was no car.
Pros: Easy self service
Cons: They give a car absolutely not similar (much worse, not even close to) to car I was booked.
Pros: I was unable to rent the car because they requested an International Driver’s License (IDL). The documents I received did not clearly state that it was mandatory, only mentioning it might be required. As a result, I couldn’t rent the car.
Pros: Time spent ant rental was short. Guys very efficient and helpful
Cons: Very petrol tank was not full. It is not possible to drive 120km distance with 1.0 Skoda Fabia at 80-90km/h and fill up 14 liters of petrol before the return. It was visibility noticeable that the gage was slightly below full. That's just not nice....should be checked properly before rental.
