Pros: Kindness of the staff
Pros: Good clean car.
Cons: (1) No joint inspection of the car on take over. (2) Garage was locked when we went to return the car at 5 am and we had to wait for someone to come to open the garage. Almost missed our train.
Cons: After an *awful* service from SurPrice, to whom this website connected me, I am still awaiting a conclusion from the customer support team.

Cons: Horrific customer service and car pickup efficiency. Took well over 1 hour to pick up the car, despite having everything ready. The car was not in a condition that was ready to be rented, and clearly had not been maintained, with multiple problems. 1. one of the headlights was broken. 2. the windshield wipers were not working properly, and windshield wiper fluid has been filled with water, not fluid. 3. the breaks squeaked loudly with every use and significantly overdue for servicing and change.
Cons: The front and rear viewfinder was not working properly ، They did not refund the insurance amount even though the car was completely filled with diesel

We literally almost lost our flight back because the agency for 3 hours would not pick up ANY phone either in Naples nor in Milan to guide us where to drop off the car, while the guidance of the renting voucher was to arrange the drop off via phone in Naples airport. 2. While getting the car we walked around 800m with luggages to get into a parkign lot with minimum guidance on how to find the car. 3. the car was dirty!!!!! 4. minor to none guidance of emergency cases, car driving specs, etc
Pros: How much I said them that " we have full insurance policy",they were obliged us to pay extra 28 euro for insurance which was nearly 1 day cost of car :(((
Cons: They tried to sell me extra insurance at BRent and was very negative when I said that I had already purchased extra insurance through Discovercars.
Cons: Car was not clean, tank was not full, I never received a copy of the contract.
Pros: the service of the guys at the desk were excellent
Cons: the condition of the cars and cleaning especcialy in covid pandemia were not axcettable
