Ecovia at Milan Central Train Station

Pros: Nice person for pick up and for return

Cons: All perfect

Pros: The outside of the car was fairly clean and it was nice to drive.

Cons: any way signposted so couldn’t locate it (it was at the back of a multi storey car park) then upon return (they are meant to be there until 8 and I arrived at 7:20) nobody was there, all the spaces were full so nobody to sign off condition of return and had to park in another company allocated bay! Also, car had not been cleaned inside and had sweet wrappers in the back seat pouches!!

Pros: the car was clean and OK

Cons: they don’t have a proper customer service and did not reply to my calls when I needed help with the forced full insurance.

Cons: we were not able to pick up the car because we needed an international permit. you need to know the laws of Italy so that others can rent from you.

Cons: There was no operator to drop off the car, had to eait 30 mins and the. Just drop off the keys home they do not rey anything funny with damages and stuff

Pros: The personal were very helpful in spite of having to defend inflexible company charges

Cons: Car was too small for the class - cost too much to upgrade because they didn’t have next category available. GPS required data - no so with other rentals in It & Croatia

Cons: The car I reserved was given away and I was downgraded. The other options request was denied as well. I book the reasonable insurance for €15 online, and been told that they don’t have that option at the office and have to take one for €120.

Pros: The office close on the time I had to pick up the car, so I lost my booking.

Pros: They were really slow at the counter. Took 30 minutes to get the car and I was the only customer!

Cons: The car rental company Ecovia never supplied a set of snow chains as promised. Even after numerous emails they just stopped responding and iam left out of pocket €112,50 as I purchased a set of snow chains on the promise that they would refund me.

Pros: They give an upgraded car.

Cons: Car had a little scratches, all registed by the Pick Up assistant. But on the drop off I had to show pictures of the scratches. But not satisfied, the assistant asked to see the date of the pictures. This was a little annoyed. But so far everything was ok

Cons: Poor directions on where to pick up vehicle, once done at rental desk. Nobody there for inspection check out. Poor directions for drop off. Two different locations listed on form for parking structure. Somehow “Ecovia” never listed……only Autovia……oh, and then parking space at Italy Cars? Nobody there for 30 minutes to check in car.

Pros: Service agent was efficient and easy to deal with

Cons: Pick up/drop off directions were completely unsatisfactory, so trying to find both the car park and then the Ecovia office was a nightmare

Pros: Was denied rental by clerk at the agency due to not having an international license. I provided my valid US passport, valid US Driver License and credit card

Pros: Dropping off the car at the Marco Polo airport Autovia’s desk was very quick.

Cons: Ecovia was represented by Autovia so it was not easy to find Ecovia’s desk.

Cons: very long waiting time, cue, operation time to give car, we walked with our kids long distance after papers ok, i asked for a baby seat, there was no base and it was not safe to fix it, and it was dirty, i would never rent again from this company!

Pros: Customer service at pick up rude and pick up of car was a mile away and that too had to wait a long time further for pick up.

Cons: Dropoff also sucked as location was not visible and had to wait for nearly 1 hr to be attended.

Pros: Good location and quick pick up and drop of services.

Cons: The dual fuel system cars should not be on a rental car. The gas tank is only 10 liters so we could only drive about 100 kms before refueling. Not all station have the natural gas available. We will not recommend Ecovia to anyone due to this type of car.

Pros: No queue.

Cons: While booking the car it wasn't made clear that you must have a credit card. We didn't and we were forced to purchase the insurance costing 2X the amount of the car rental! The car pick up is 15 mins walk from the office. When we showed up to get the car, it wasn't ready and we were forced to wait another 20 mins.

Cons: The rental desk was not staffed at pick up. We had to walk 400 m to a hard to find garage to pick up the car. The car was not ready, was dirty when we finally picked it up. We had agreed upon a car with A/C, this car did not have A/C. The drop off spot at the Roma airport was difficult to find and definitely was not properly marked. The only good thing is that the car ran.

Cons: The child seat could be better quality and cleanliness

Pros: They were very responsive we some concerns that happened during the rental period.

Cons: Car was totally worn out - driven more than 100,000 km and with scratches and bites all around. Everything was unsatisfactory: the smell inside the car; worn out tires (= no insurance in case of accident!), the clutch was 90% out of order etc etc. The clerk promised to change the car, but didn’t call ever.

Pros: when we came to take the car, they tried to give us one with engine issues (few of the warning lights were turn on). when we didn't agree, they started to lie about the car condition and then to give us a car in an even worse condition. it was one big mess that cost us time, money and ruin the whole begging of the holiday
