Pros: The pickup and return process was quick and simple.
Cons: Car had 3/4 fuel in tank at pick up. Car backup camera was not working. The agent pushed additional insurance, did not understand the coverage offered by discover cars. Although the car was similar to what was originally requested it was not the VW wanted but a Fiat 600.

Cons: Car was near impossible to find. It was said to be parked in the street while it was in an underground parking. When we went back we were being dismissed rather than helped and were not even given the street name of the carpark. We were unfortunately without smartphone at the time. Also electrical car that was only charged to 60%.

Pros: Car was good and clean.
Cons: Agent failed to tell us the EV charging stations require a specific card to use them. This made our trip less enjoyable. There are a lot of tolls, the car agency must provide us with a toll pass or at least give us the option to purchase one because tolls are extremely expensive.

Driver requirements

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Electric vehicles must be returned with the same battery charge they had when picked up to avoid additional charges (on a per kWh basis). An additional admin fee will be charged if a vehicle is returned with less than 80 % battery charge remaining.
