Pros: This is the worse experience of renting car that I have they where over booking and with a silly resonance did my give me the car and they charged me with no proper reason they are not responding properly the person in desk was so unfriendly and impolite

Cons: Hertz Europe has a website link saying it accepts Prepaid cards for reservations (including for deposit), but the Hertz office had a sign saying Prepaid cards are not allowed. It was not super clear if this would have been possible.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Electric vehicles must be returned with the same battery charge they had when picked up to avoid additional charges (on a per kWh basis). An additional admin fee will be charged if a vehicle is returned with less than 20 % battery charge remaining.
