Cons: They didn't honour the contract we had through discover car rental and we were forced to pay 3 times the price of that agreed on the contract. We were forced to go with them as they were closing. Also they charged extra 10% more than the contract I signed with them by using incorrect exchange rates

Cons: Misleading advertisement on their type of cars, both of me and my friend was attracted by the x3 model provided on the advertisement, but both of us end up getting a ford and been told they never have a BMW X3??? Wtf and also been charged twice of the insurance!!! It’s totally ripped off!!! Never ever book a car here !!

Cons: I got an electric car with an air conditioner that doesn't work, I tried to contact you but there was no answer, it was very complicated to charge it and it caused us a lot of problems

Cons: Noleggiare did their best to accommodate me with a car that discovercars should not have advertised. Noleggiare gave a Cadillac XT4 which was the biggest they had in the category (still smaller than what I needed)… I booked a BMW X3 because of specifically the amount of luggage I had… all in all discovercars should know what cars their agents have, not advertise a BMW and then only end up with a standard American SUV and then have troubles trying to get my luggage in… false advertising!!

Cons: Although I had booked a full size SUV, on arrival I was given a small SUV which was far too small for 5 of us plus cases. Rental desk was completely unhelpful and claimed it was what we had booked. No attempt to resolve this until a larger SUV was returned and I was then charged almost 100% more to upgrade to the bigger SUV. Wasted 2 hours of my holiday. I would never recommend Noleggiare or discovercars as they cannot be trusted to provide the car you think you’ve booked.

Pros: They were quick to assist when we finally got to the desk and quick to drop off the car.

Cons: Very hard and confusing to find the counter at the train station with the signage available. Car ran out of “adblue” near the start of the hire - we paid for it out of our own pocket. They tried to push me to purchase additional insurance at a high cost even though I had bought full coverage with discovery.

Pros: Efficient pick up and drop off. Modern, clean car with many features.

Cons: When I booked the car the total agreed price with full coverage was approximately €632 required to be paid upon pick up. However, when I arrived at the booking desk I was informed that my car booking did not have full coverage and I was required to pay approximately an additional €400. I had no choice, but to pay. For this reason I would be reluctant in recommending, due to the “surprise” additional insurance.

The agent failed to give me a copy of my contract (I later had to contact customer service for it), and failed to tell me I would need it to pick up the car. No contact to the car pickup location (which as different from the checkin location and was not advertised during booking), the staff there was unprepared and unhelpful.

Pros: We had a lot of issues with the Italian partner. Everything was a hazard fro. Find the office then the off site place where the car was located which was blocks away yo the drop off process/place which was changed without previous notification. Terrible experience, poor customer service.

Also , customer services not overly helpful and would not answer anything directly - they wanted emails all the time Juchniewicz wasn’t always practical. Also customer service told us the car was diesel when it was in fact petrol

The representative demanded that I pay 200(!) euros for this small scratch on the plastic! I felt the company was just looking for ways to make more money from its customers.
