Cons: It was an extreme long wait to receive the car when there was only one agent working and the system was down.

Pros: The car was clearly not serviced as required. An alarm kept going off for filter service. All information on the car was in Italian and we had to get off the highway, google the internet to figure out what was going on. Then the fuel was on half and suddenly dropped to zero and started alarming. It was very stressful and when noted at return, they didn’t really care.

Pros: Car resturn in milan malpensa was efficient once we found the drivalia mobility store, which is searchable on Google maps

Cons: Milan Central store doesn't ever answer the phone. Car was faulty

Cons: First car was not an automatic or hybrid which is what I rented. Second car had damage, was dirty, almost empty fuel, and low tire pressure. Process of retrieving the car was confusing.

Cons: That they charged extra for all kinds of made up taxes, that were not included in the original price.

Cons: 1. Discovercars do not have complete information about rental agencies. 2. Drivalia, the agency I borrowed the car from, had extremely poor communication with customer and a careless attitude to customer queries.

Pros: Paid extra for an electric vehicle and was given a petrol one. No refund, rude and slow staff. Awful experience to be avoided

Cons: The car was crashed in the door. They dont change the car. The fuel was empty and when I drop the car they told that it was full. They give me and hybrid car with no cable charge and when I drop the car they told me that it has a cable!!! They demand more money that was agreed brcause of the cable, the fuel… I have everything one vídeo and i”M waiting for solucions!!!!

Cons: Car was dirty inside, not cleaned properly after previous users who definitely had traveled with kids. Booked a small car, got a SUV. Which seems like a good deal, unless you need to manage tight Italian streets.

Pros: Unhelpful staff, terrible customer service and very hard to find help or information when you are in trouble. Phone numbers don’t work, emails addresses are not working. Terrible

Cons: We were stuck in the middle of nowhere trying to get a tow truck, nobody helps you, still waiting for a refund over a week later!? I have had to change our whole travel plans because of the inconveniences and issues with our car hire.

Pros: I would like to point out the need to give the representative of customer services in DRIVALIA courses on how to deal with partners because her dealings were rude and untactful

Pros: Guy at the other end at least believed us at face value (about the pre-existing damage). It was still stressful to have this hanging over us for the trip.

Cons: When we picked the car up, the attendant seemed stressed/upset with us raising the multiple areas of damage and cleanliness! If she didn’t want us to raise this, give us a good car!

Pros: I had booked 2 days before to pick car up. Came in on the day only to have to wait 3 hours for the person to tell me at the front desk that there are no cars available. Then, I have now waited over 2 weeks to hear a response from them regarding a refund from the deposit I paid.

Cons: The return car in Rome airport location is hard to find, no detail instruction for this location.

Cons: First of all, they did not accept debit card (same with the booking) for the guarantee, second, they charged second driver because the credit card that we used for gurantee after disagreement, was my wife's, even though we insisted that i would be the only driver, this is thievery!!! Next, the car was dirty both inside and outside. I asked for an invoice when i booked and i have not received something yet, please fix that issue. I am very dissapointed, please select more carefully your partner

Cons: Rented full to full for fuel but got 6/8 ( which was 5/8 after 1 km) and returned 7/8 as impossible to plan this to exactly the same. so in the end spent a lot more on fuel then with full to full
