Pros: NOTHİNG

Cons: I couldn’t reach your office while returning the car at Malpensa Airport,despite calling multiple times.I left the car in airport garage,took photos,and went to your office but your staff refused to accept the car.They demanded cash for parking,refused to give change for €50,yet €44 was later charged to my card.I request a refund.I was charged twice for insurance:once online(€39.76)and again at desk.I request a refund for th duplicate charge.It was my first and last experience with your company.

Pros: The car that was offered is a nice car. But the class of the car booked did not match the car we actually got.

Cons: Car pickup is lengthy, and the carpark is far from the rail station in Milan. Car fuel showed full on the report but wasn't. When we mentioned it, no compensation was offered. 2 days after giving the car back we were told we scratched the bumper in 2 places, which we didn't. Money was taken directly from the card. Also the damages were charged at the maximum rate (higher class: 340 euros per small mark, 680 euros in total). We were not able to argue anything. Overall not a fantastic experience.

Cons: The directions to pick up the car were not good. There are multiple parking decks, no clear instructions were provided on which deck to go to. No instructions on how to find the car - apparently each car is parked in a designated section and rows. This was not made clear at all. No instructions were provided on how to exit the parking deck. You were left on your own basically.

Pros: It's cheap for sure

Cons: Car was parked a distance away, which is understandable. However, the car given had its battery dead. They didnt pick up our calls, so we had to walk the distance back to change cars, and walk back to the garage again. At the end of it, we returned early, but they charged us additional days. We provided proof, and now they are not responding. The portal should check on your providers. I don't recommend.

Cons: The agent couldn´t care less abou not having the car I reserved. I returned the car the next day and asked the agent in Bologna for a refund as this was not the car I payed for.

Pros: Nothing, We were forced to pay for insurance that we did not want or need

Cons: We chose this agency because it was supposedly located in the train terminal. After a long travel day and searching for 30 minutes for the rental desk we then were told that our car was not available at the train station. We had to walk 8 blocks WITH luggage in busy Milan to retrieve the car. We tried to show the guy at pickup numerous scratches that we did not want to be held accountable for but he waved us off. The gas tank was only about 1/3rd full but was marked as half full.

Pros: we get nice car in perfect condition. it was clean and comfortable. guys at the rental desk were friendly and helpful.

Cons: I have a feeling that I overpaid for insurance. I paid once on DiscoverCars and than lady at the rental desk recommended me to take local insurance and that was ok, but It feels like she sold me the most expensive one. 😅 if you plan to rent a car in Italy – don't take online insurance it is safer to get Italian one, at rental office.

Cons: The remote key stopped working leaving us locked out of the car, for us to sort out how to fix the key and change the battery. Unacceptable. We had asked for a second back up key for the car before we left the rental office but we’re denied which only left us to experience more issues with the key throughout our journey. The car was a hybrid where the gas accelerator stopped working twice. Ie the car would not drive beyond 20km/h.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1600.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Road tax, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 22 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher, proof of home address (e.g. Utility bill).
Renters from the following country(ies): United Kingdom must provide the following documents: credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher, photocard driving licence in order to collect the car.
Deposit and deductible policy

Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: American Express, Diners, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.

The following payment methods are accepted: American Express, Cash, Diners, Prepaid cards, Visa Debit Card, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, MasterCard debit card.
Additional insurance (Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW)) must be purchased if using the following payment method(s): Cash, Debit cards, Prepaid cards.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Cross-border policy
It is forbidden to cross country borders.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Ski rack.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Diesel vehicles are available for an additional charge.
Additional information
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.10 to 15.04 in the following regions: Aoasta-Valley.

Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 29 days. If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
