Cons: There is an empty to empty fuel policy, which is inconvenient and only leaves the car company with extra fuel because as a tourist, you will not have the car running in fumes and how would you know how much is needed. This is to benefit them. When dropping off the car, I was asked to come to the office only to be told that now drive to the airport and someone will meet you there. The car didn’t even have screen washer.

Took car to their office on return as agreed but they were not there told to take it to the airport and waited for a few mins for them to arrive.

Cons: They noted down my credit card's details including the CCV code and expiry date. They claim they doesn't take deposit but they require noting down the credit card details which is totally not professional. That's why I rated the efficiency "1". The condition of the car was good but the tyres was old and depreciated, which was noy safe especially that the roads between Dalaman and Kaş are full of curves, up, and downs.

Cons: We took the car to Datca, where the road is very hilly, and the car lacked of power, and I had to force the car in second or fist gear to go up a slope, it felt unsafe at the times because we had to go very slow in comparison to other cars. This took a lot of power from the car and even the air conditioning stoped cooling

Cons: I wasn't told it was a single person wh I was to loo out for ie I thought it was a company desk. The car was very old with 65,000 miles on the clock with poor suspension and very little power. Plus it wasn't onsite airport as I had to rop it back at their office.

Pros: The agent waited for me at the airport and the car was parked in front. It all went smoothly and the car was almost new (5000 km or so) and clean. The drop off process was also quick and smooth.

Pros: We rented 2 cars. One car the air con was not great and a slightly Kelsey car. Our 2nd car - Clio, was nearly brand new and brilliant

Cons: We did not get the car we ordered, but a very old almost dead car. Stearing wheel did not turn well, door at the side did not open most of the times, drivers door did not open well etc etc. Very bad car & much too expensive.

Cons: i needed to put oil in the car shortly after picking it up, car was in desperate need of a tune/service, it ran poorly, i believe the car had had a complete side respray but i cant prove this, the car felt like a complete lemon, and lastly after driving for over an hour to drop the car off at the rental office i then was expected to chauffer the rental man to the airport. overall a very poor experience, i will not be using them again.

Vehicle was in terrible condition - there was a perfectly good car there when we arrived that we thought was ours but they gave us this old van thing - we even got waved at by locals as they thought it was farmer bob from up the road!! We booked a saloon and paid £165 for the week - we did not get what we paid.

Central locking broke down. At least tyres were in good condition and no other problems during 2 weeks hire period.

Cons: To return we were told to drop the car at the main office just down the road and they would transfer us to departures. The Non English speaking Rep was getting into a car with another couple going to the airport but when we arrived he told us to drive the car with the other couple to departures. He could not tell us where to leave the car or the keys so we said No. Eventually he got another vehicle and drove all to the departure drop off point. Luckily we had allowed plenty of time.

Pros: Car hires have become so cheap that many car companies try to catch the hirer out with extras such as collision damage wave or charging for cleaning when you return the car. Barbadan made no attempt to do any of this. We were two hours late arriving and they were still at the airport waiting for us, the handover was quick and simple and based on mutual trust, handing back the car was easy even though we arrived earlier than we had arranged. The staff were very friendly.

Cons: In retrospect the handover could have been more thorough - I had to work out a few things about how the car worked such as how to open the petrol cap! But this is very minor.

Seemed that they have us their company vehicle which was a very old Fiat Doblo when we booked to hire a Ford Fiesta or similar. Expected a newer car as this one seemed 10 to 15 years old and had done nearly 140,000km. Vehicle condition was poor, lots of dents, radio not working, air con not properly working and lights illegal as we got stopped by police. It arrived about 45 minutes later and had crumbs of food all over it (it hadn't been cleaned). The car whilst working, was very 'shabby' indeed and stunk of stale cigarettes. Also the representative was not at the airport waiting as I was told, I wandered around looking for him. He eventually arrived about 10 minutes afterwards

We refused to accept the car, Your agent made a call and arrange for another van/car to be available 50 kim away so we had to drive to next destination not knowing where it actually was, Fortunately we found it. The car they gave us didn't have any gas.$119 weekly rent went up to 20 Euro a day about $150.Car we were given had no gas and 4 days later brook down with half thank gas worth $40.New car had no gas either.When I returned that car it had about$20 gas in it.I couldn't risk running out of gas.So it cost me $80 more then I would normally pay.Never again

Agent was late to meet us at both arrival and departure. Agent has yet to send me a receipt, which he promised to email. I request a deposit refund and an itemized receipt.

Cons: The car supplied came from Pegasus rental, a company I had chosen not to book with but is obviously part of or the same as Babadan. The condition of the car was very poor. Seats and upholstery stained, bodywork badly chipped and resprayed. The rep hadn't brought the car seats for our kids that we'd ordered, so he called a colleague who brought some. When they finally arrived one of the seats was clearly for a baby and far too small. So we had to drive to the rental office to get another. The rep gave us some very vague directions then drove off, leaving us to find our way out of the car park and having to pay the parking charge ourselves (good thing I'd brought some local cash). Found the office after another ten minutes of driving and got another car seat, although this one was also too small it just about did the job. I then had to fill the car up with petrol, it was given to us with just enough fuel to get to the first petrol station out of the airport. All this was about 2 am in the morning, after having been delayed about 4hrs at Gatwick, so I was not in a good mood. On returning the car we were asked to drive back to the office outside of the airport. Our map app took us down miles of rough farm road, and when we finally got there the office was empty. I called the rep and a driver turned up about ten minutes later and we had to drive him to the airport. All in all, I wouldn't recommend Pegasus.

Cons: Babadan provided us with a 9 seater minibus as the 7 seater dacia lodgy we booked was not available. 2 days later they'd exchange for the car we booked. OK fine. Then he demanded £100 more than was confirmed by Discoverhire on our emails and car hire voucher. The price we had booked was for the smallest car. 10pm, 2 tired toddlers, refused to pay more. Waited 2 hours, calling agents, boss etc. Then they left us stranded at airport.... never again.
