Pros: Friendly and polite My vehicle was upgraded when they’d sold out of the one ibooked

Cons: No clear directions to go to shuttle bus stop. Then, when I phoned Ace, I was told that their shuttle was not working and told to go to Hertz where we were picked up and taken to Cairns city.
