Refund, great customer service
I do not usually write reviews, but this time it is warranted. I made a mistake booking a car and ended up failing to cancel it before the full refund deadline. I asked DiscoverCars (communicating with Vergil, the assigned agent) to make an exception and refund me anyway using the money (some 300 EUR) as booking credit. The communication was exemplary both over the phone and through e-mail, and my request was accommodated. I am pleased with the fact DiscoverCars values their customers and future relationship with them over short term gain. Won`t hesitate to use DC again. :-) Thanks again from the Czech Republic!
